Easy walking distance to Allegiant Stadium, monorail, MGM and strip. Perfect location with easy access to everything and secure underground parking. You can see the fireworks from your balcony for NYE. Easily sleeps 8 ( King in Master, Queen in Secondary bedroom, twin beds in loft- sleeper couch downstairs) Underground secure parking, pool/spa/bbq, fitness center, and business center. Short term rental available minimum stay 2 nights.

Adult family weekend

Nice townhouse with lots of room for a group to hang. Very clean and well managed. Location was close to strip which is nice. Beds could have been more comfortable.

Nice , clean, and convenient

The only thing is the pillows are not great. And the beds were hard. But we made it work. Loved the location. Walking distance to MGM Grand. There is a Dennys and a liquor store close by. Would stay again. Great contact with the host before stay also.

Comfortable and convenient location

This was a great place to stay. Some thing in the house were a little run down. But everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. Could’ve used fluffier pillows.

Great place walking distance to the strip

A great property for a larger group of people. Comfortable beds and everything was very clean. The building is a bit confusing but the property manager was available to help us get where we needed to go. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was great, we had a great time at this location. Just walking distance from all the hot spots. And the host and Property manager were always available.

Perfect long weekend in Vegas

The place was very clean & comfortable!! Perfect distance from the strip…….within walking distance!! Property manager was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!!

Best host ever and spacious, clean unit.

The host was wonderful to work with. She responded immediately to my questions and was extremely flexible! The townhouse was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. Coffee pods and a few snacks were supplied, which was a nice surpise. No lock on the queen bedroom sliding door to the patio.

Spacious property right off strip

The property was very spacious, clean, and in a great location. Its about a 5 minute walk to MGM Grand and a few additional minutes to New York New York area. There were plenty of towels for showering and a keurig for coffee making. The communication with the property manager was seamless and you are able to use the parking garage. The only minor complaint was there were no hand towels in the bathrooms or paper towels in the kitchen. The towels for drying your hands were tiny which i would consider for face washing and just sit on the countertop.

Exactly as advertised with pool & hot tub

Great 2 story, location with simple amenities, comfortable beds & plenty of space for 4 ‐ 6 adults. Here for a concert at Alegiant Stadium, quick Uber drive there & 30 minute walk home. Highly recommend, would stay here again!

Vegas Bound

We had the best time and staying at the Onyx made it even better. It’s so accessible to the strip we were able to be there in minutes on foot. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back. It was perfect for our group!!

Good value in a decent location for LV Strip

This property was a good value for a group our size who was visiting the las vegas strip for 3 nights. Very convenient to the monorail (10 min walk to MGM). The beds were comfortable and it was accurately furnished. Everything was reasonably clean. The bedding/linnens were a little tired, and there was some obvious repair repainting needed. It met our needs very adequately.
