This Studio unit has a large fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, dining area, large living area with a sofa-bed (queen-size), office and large private patio with dining table and terrific view of the golf course. You’ll love the surrounding garden, the golf-course view, the tranquil sounds of the lagoon stream with the beautiful flora and fauna of this resort. Start your day off your day in peace on your private terrace and serene view. You'll have access to all the resort amenities including state of the art gym and fitness center, tennis courts, casino and of course golf on the beautiful 9 hole Divi Golf course (fee for golf). Enjoy 4 large pools including a kids pool with slide to keep the little ones busy. A 10 minute walk to the world famous Eagle beach and access to the beach chairs and private kiosk's (first come first serve so arrive early). There's also a free shuttle that runs the property.

DEHUMIDIFIER:
Every one of our units is equipped with at least one dehumidifier. These are used for your safety and comfort. Our staff will empty the dehumidifiers 2 times daily. Once at 11am and again at 4pm. If you prefer not to be interrupted, you can empty the containers on your own. It's very simple, just ask our staff and we will show you how.

CLEANING
Our staff do not clean the Condo's during your stay. We do offer this service for $25USD. Let us know a day or two in advance and the property manager will coordinate with you.

BATH LINEN:
We change condo towels, empty garbage and empty dehumidifiers daily.

GUEST SUPPLIES:
Start-up supplies are provided, these are restocked weekly, only if you request our optional daily or midweek housekeeping services (surcharge applies).

BEACH ESSENTIALS:
Beach towels are also complimentary, use towel cards provided with your room. Replace towels as needed, remember to collect your card when returning your towel. We also provide a small cooler you can use to bring your drinks to the beach, no glass allowed at the beach or pools.
