The property was exactly how it was described in the listing. Our family of five had a wonderful and comfortable stay! We loved the location and it was a quick drive to attractions!

The property was not well cleaned after a more in-depth inspection. There were bugs (alive and dead) in the upstairs bedroom. The thermostat was off all the time. When we turned it to a higher temp, the inside temp read colder. The upstairs bedrooms were always hot.

Great property with short drive to Disney and Universal. Close to restaurants and stores for all your needs during your stay. Highly recommend to families!

Cheer family trip

We had a great time at the property. The kids are teenagers, and there was enough room for us. We used the pool a good amount, it rained a lot during our time but the location isn't far away from the parks or other attractions. We had a great time.

Great property with great ammenities.

House was furnished as described and clean. The pool area was very relaxing and there was plenty of room to spread out. Game room was a bonus. Great spot. Contact with homeowner was awesome! Very responsive to questions both prior and during the stay. Management company responsive to minor issue - and resolved it quickly.

Perfect!

The homeowner was fantastic with communication during booking process all the way to our rental date. The rental manager was quick to respond when we had a couple of questions during our week there. My expectation was high, and this home did not disappoint. It was immaculate. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. The standalone hot tub was much appreciated when we returned after long days at the parks.

Amazing stay and property

The villa was excellent, everything we needed to make an enjoyable trip. Communication with Lee was excellent and answered all questions quickly. We had no need to contact anyone during our stay as there was no fault with the property at all. We will definitely be rebooking

Beautiful Relaxing Stay

Very nice property with all the amenities and in a quiet location. Owners were very easy to communicate with and provided us with additional information about Disney and other near by attractions.

Book it!

My family enjoyed the home. The location is close to Disney & Flamingo Crossings which we needed while visiting our daughter who was in the Disney College Program. We loved the hot tub & the house was very comfortable. After visiting Florida 4 times in the past few months, this was the only property which allowed us to control our own temperature of the home! This is a major perk on days when the heat index was over 110. The owner was very responsive during the entire rental process & stay. I’d definitely look here first for future visits.

We loved our stay at this home. Everything was clean and as described. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of places to sit and enjoy family time together. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property and location!

The house was amazing. More than enough room for our family. Everything was clean and organized. Pool and hot tub were amazing any time of day or night. We were in the game room a lot as well. Literally 15 minutes from the Disney Parks! Any communications with the owner was met with a quick response! Will definitely be saving this property for the future!

Great stay overall!

Home was clean and very close to all Disney parks right down Funie Stead Rd to the main road to Disney. Near Publix, Target, Walmart and many restaurants. Took us 15 minutes every day to get to Disney Springs. The house is self catering as it only has a small roll of tp in each bathroom. Only one towel/washcloth per person in the Master bathroom and same with the two upstairs bathrooms, no extras. We had to do wash daily to have a clean towel especially if we used them for the pool as well. There is also only one trash bag. Make sure to stop before and get essentials. The pool was very clean but there could be some maintenance done in the cracks of the concrete in the pool area as grass was growing through it as well as outside the pool area there was a lot of algae growth. The grout in the master bath needs a deep cleaning and the game room could use it as well on the mats. We had issues with the alarm in the first day but after that were used to setting it. It was super nice having two bathrooms upstairs so everyone could get ready and no time was wasted when in a hurry. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Great property - would return

House was beautiful and clean. host was very helpful in providing all of the details needed ahead of our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with materials needed to prepare meals some staples. Had an eventful trip with one of my children needing emergency appendix removal during stay, was grateful for the ER a mile up the road! Two Walmarts close by helped with any last minute needs and was a very reasonable ride to all the Disney parks (15-25 minutes).

Birthday Celebration

We planned a trip for MIL’s birthday to WDW and the house for just perfect in all ways…spacious, pool/hot tub and the great back entrance to WDW. Only suggestion would be to look at having some maintenance or getting new rollers for the sliding glass door to the pool deck as it was a little difficult to manage quickly in order the alarm to not go off. Other than that we loved our time in the home.

Hot tub was a treat

We were on a workaction, whether we worked all day or were at a park for the day the hot tub was perfect at the end of the day. The pool was great and the yard fairly private. Lee was very easy to communicate with. The house was as shown in the photos, clean with lots of room though a little dated. The master bed was very comfortable. Supplies on hand were basic and minimal but Walmart is nearby. The location is quiet with easy access to the parks and busy parts of Kissimmee. Life got in the way of the larger group we were expecting when we booked but there is lots of room for a crowd if you need it.
