This home is in a quiet residential community. Please respect our neighbors. Parties will be shut down immediately and guests will be evicted with no refund.

Absolutely no smoking of any substance including vaping inside the home or garage. This will result in a minimum fee of $1800 for deodorization.

Please shower and use the bathroom before entering the hot tub. Any lotion, make up, etc will make the water cloudy and unusable, and will result in having to get the tub drained. If we have to drain the tub after your departure, there will be a $100
