Paris Mtn Group Retreat | Sleeps 14 | Game Room + Fire Pit
We own two houses that the backyards connect. Contact me for info. Large property with all the comforts of home! 5 Bedroom home includes 2 Kings, 3 Queens, 2 Full - all 12" memory foam beds. Perfect location - close to nature and all the downtowns!
*5 min. Walk to the waterfall at Paris Mtn. State Park
*15 Min. to downtown Grv
*13 min. to downtown Travelers Rest
* 18 min. to downtown Greer
Strong Wi-Fi Open floor plan, large kitchen, 2 office desks, ping-pong table, corn hole, screened in porch, large patio area, deck spaces, plenty of parking, quiet area.
Onsite washer & dryer, spacious kitchen stocked with spices, olive oil, salt/pepper, Ninja blender, garbage bags, ziplocks, foil, chip clips, tea, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels. Three large TVs. The main level has 4 of the bedrooms all on one level. One office space in main level master bedroom. Walkout basement has large open space, bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a full bath and a 2nd desk space in the downstairs living room. Large patio space with fire pit, outdoor tables, grill, and corn hole. Great outdoor spaces on the front and back for reading a book or enjoying conversations.
The entire house and amenities are included - all driveways for parking. . There is a separate 2 car garage in the back of the property that we use for storage.
Very quiet area. Because we are near the state park be aware that we sometimes see bears, foxes, hawks, deer, and other wildlife might be nearby. 1 mile drive from the Park entrance, 1/2 mile walk to the waterfall. You will need to buy a day pass if you drive your car in.
House rules:
-No Parties or events. We have security cameras only on the exterior of the property.
-No smoking
-Not suitable for pets
-Check in is anytime after 4PM
-Check out by 10AM
-Self check in with keypad on door
We will do our best to respond in a timely manner to any repair requests or concerns.

Our family was in town for a wedding in Taylors, SC. Decided to take a few extra days to explore Greenville. This home was perfect for our multi-generational family! Our hosts provided excellent communication and instructions. We loved the kitchen, living area and having most bedrooms on one level. Our grandchildren loved the fall decorations, games and collecting acorns. We all enjoyed playing ping pong and corn hole.The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy our morning coffee. The location is beautiful and convenient to downtown, multiple parks and walking trails. Our family voted this one of the best homes we’ve rented!

This property was as described and check in was great! Our family of 5 adults and 4 children had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped and even provided coffee pods and sweeteners. The Children’s Museum downtown Greenville was a big hit for our 2&3 year old grandchildren, especially on a hot afternoon! Thank you Shawna for a roomy retreat!

The home was perfect. Spotless clean! Modern and well equipped. Comfortable and so spacious! Wish we could have stayed longer. Close to downtown Greenville and neighborhood was very private and quiet! Love the location and home.

We had a wonderful stay. Our host Shawna was quick to answer any questions and really went the extra mile to make sure all our needs were met. The home was very clean and nicely appointed with everything you need and even extras we didn’t expect. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The house was great with so much space. The host provided many little details like fans and spare blankets and furnishings were lovely.

Great location that is close to everything in Greenville but feels like you are away! House was clean and amenities were great!

This is a lovely, clean home…perfect for our group! Even though it rained the entire time, we had fun and had enough room. I would stay again if in the area.

Very spacious house. Nicely equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Hosts were very responsive to answer questions. I highly recommend this house!

Beautiful Escape
Enjoy the amenities of Greenville from a secluded getaway! Home was beautifully decorated, so well equipped and the perfect amount of space for our group of families to stay! Definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful country home near Paris Mountain State Park. The house was very clean, well kept and well stocked with all necessities. Having the State Park so close was awesome as we loved getting out and taking some hikes around the park. and the distance from Greenville proper is not long at all.Shawna was very responsive and gracious with anything we asked about or needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location of the home is tucked back into a neighborhood, so not car traffic that we could here.We highly recommend this place if you are traveling to Greenville and want to be a little bit away of city center.

This lovely home was beautiful, clean, and inviting. The decor was lovely, the surrounding so beautiful. The hosts were friendly and responsive. It couldn’t have been more wonderful.

We had a great time and enjoyed the house! The kitchen is well equipped. While we didn't have a chance to spend much time on the patio, it's beautiful!

Hello! We've been around the world serving in the military for the last 30+ years. We have lived in Germany, Hawaii, Alaska, Korea and many stateside assignments too. We have 4 adult children and two son and daughter-in-loves! We love God and people. We are retired but enjoy restoring old homes and making them new again. We are enjoying being back in Greenville, SC and look forward to many more memories here.
