Venite a godervi la grande isola nella nostra cittadina arredate con gusto. Non prenotare un hotel quando potete prenotare la vostra vacanza presso la nostra spaziosa villa e godere di tutti gli extra che offriamo. Si trova 18 miglia a nord dell'aeroporto internazionale di Kona a Waikoloa Beach Resort.

La nostra unità di fine Privata Villa ha una delle migliori posizioni nel complesso. Si trova al 15 ° canale navigabile del Waikoloa Beach Golf Course nel lusso gated comunità di Waikoloa Colony Villas.

Questa villa su due piani è un'unità fine con 17 ft. Soffitti e bella luce del sole. La tua privacy è garantita con una camera da letto e bagno su ogni livello del nostro 2 piani residenza cittadina. Il piano principale comprende una camera con un letto matrimoniale, arredi isola e TV; un bagno completo; e un armadio lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

La master suite al piano superiore ha un letto matrimoniale, una TV a schermo piatto da 32 pollici e lettore DVD, ventilatore a soffitto e lanai privato con vista sul campo da golf. C'è anche una spaziosa cabina armadio. Il bagno principale dispone di ripiani in marmo, due lavabi, doccia e vasca da bagno.

Abbiamo anche tutto il necessario per una grande giornata in spiaggia: teli da spiaggia, sedie a sdraio, più fresco, ombrellone, attrezzatura snorkeling, boogie boards e giocattoli sabbia. C'è anche un posto auto riservato così si sono garantiti un posto.

Il Waikoloa Colony Villas è una gated community privato situato il 15 fairway del Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Per il vostro divertimento ci sono due piscine, vasca idromassaggio, barbecue a gas, aria condizionata, centro fitness e campi da tennis.

Waikoloa Beach Resort è un resort autosufficiente. Con due campi da golf, due hotel (Marriott e Hilton) e i "KINGS SHOPS" con oltre 75.000 piedi quadrati di negozi, ristoranti gourmet, gallerie d'arte e "QUEENS SHOPS" con un padiglione gastronomico, negozi, ristoranti e un negozio di alimentari e la bellissima baia di Aneahoomalu .. anche conosciuta come 'A-BAY' ...

Excellent value in a great location

The Colony Villas are a great option when staying in Waikoloa and the most reasonably priced. This unit is not as fully updated as others in the complex but it was just fine for our purposes. The master bed is comfortable and everything works. There is a decent selection of kitchen supplies as well as everything you need for the beach.

Great place!

The property was as described and in the pictures. All the beach supplies were a huge bonus, especially the umbrella. The sun is strong at the beach. The location is perfect - close to a lot but without the busyness of some of the other developments in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place to stay

This was a very well equipped clean and gorgeous house with everything you need for a trip to the Big Island. We enjoyed the area and the pool and the grounds are well looked after. Convenient shopping beaches and restaurants close by. Highly recommended!

It was a great location for our two couples to stay. Each couple had their own space, so there was plenty of room. It was a great location and had some great local beaches.

A nice unit

Tho it had views only of parking lots, the unit was well appointed and had all the beach things you might use. Tho tidy, it was not really clean. One shower had hair on the walls. It appeared not to have been dusted in quite a while. Bedding was just ok.

Comfortable and well-appointed

Thank you so much for a very comfortable stay at your beautiful condo. We had everything we needed for the week and really appreciated the full kitchen, laundry, beach towels and chairs. The location is great and the condo neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Nice pool and hot tub. Close to shopping, beaches, grocery stores.

Beautiful condo on the Big Island.

Had golf vacation of a lifetime. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Mechelle was very easy to work with, made the stay simple. A+ will defiantly stay again if available on next trip.

A great place in a great location

We had a fantastic stay at Mechelle's Waikoloa townhome! A great place in a great location. We love the Big Island and enjoyed visiting a number of different places, for which Waikoloa is a good central home base, while being very close to the island's best beaches! We stayed for just under 2 weeks, but would highly recommend for longer stays as well. The town home complex itself is well appointed with two swimming pools, a small fitness facility, as well as golf courses and resorts all around. All in all a wonderful experience.

Nice condo excellent for the price. Centrally located to get to wonderful beaches!

We had a great stay in this condo. Our air conditioner wasn't working when we arrived but owner is super responsive and had it fixed the next day. Loved the boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkle equipment, beach umbrellas and coolers on site. Two pools so there are options if one is busy. Not a lot of privacy on the outside patio if you eat dinner outside (which our family likes to do). Overall a cozy place for a great price.

Great holiday!

This condo was as good as you can get in Waikoloa, very comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, plenty of toiletries in the bathrooms, excellent outdoor equipment, a BBQ just across the drive and a nice walk to the pool & spa complex - there is even a gym if you want to exercise. We played golf at local courses and enjoyed the drive up to Makani Golf Club which was in good shape with improvements going on. The Colony Villas are well maintained and Mechelle has also made this condo very relaxing and welcoming; we will return on our next visit to our favorite island.

Nice spot

Wonderful experience and location. I’ve been to the Big Island many times and would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. One recommendation I’d make is to change the shower head in the master bathroom. When you turn on the shower, the water sprays out of the shower. There is no way to turn the shower head in a way that prevents this and the floor gets soaked as a result. Super minor detail to an otherwise fantastic property.

Visiting family

The location is central to lots of beaches and hiking. For me it was also close to family. The property is spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. It had its idiosyncrasies - you have to get in the master shower before turning on the water unless you want to soak the floor (the shower head is not adjustable), the downstairs toilet has issues filling up with water (you have to remove lid and seat the rubber stopper), there are many light switches that do nothing and the Wi-Fi is not suitable for someone who wants to work from home. Minor fixes. I had a fabulous visit and was very comfortable in this beautiful home.

Anniversary

The layout of the upstairs master bedroom/bathroom was ridiculous. The in swinging door completely blocks the bathroom/closet when opened. The kitchen has plenty of dishes but the pots and pans leave a lot to be desired. The entry and the patio were in need of cleaning. Basically we were disappointed in our choose of this unit. It needs some attention

March Visit

While we found the home itself comfortable and quite sufficient for our needs, the location at Waikloloa required driving constantly (speed bumps are not fun) to the shops, restaurants, and the beach was simply too far to walk to. Our neighbor there who manages the home addressed a few initial problems we found, so overall a good visit.
