Home Out in Left field is only 8 min from the Cooperstown All Star Village in West Oneonta. It's less than 30 Min from the Cooperstown Dream Parks and Baseball Hall of Fame. Other notable places close by are the two Colleges (within 15 min) Hartwick and SUNY Oneonta. Also the Fox and Bassett hospitals are close within 20 mins.

This home is an old farmstead with an organic farm across the street. If you are into "a country getaways and star gazing", then this is your spot. It is a quiet, spacious house ontop of a hill where there is the only cell service in the area. Newly renovated home offers a comfortable stay for your time in the Otsego County area.

Cooperstown All Star Village - 10 minutes away

The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few bugs.

Our neighborhood has only a few working farms left of the 70's. The one across the street is an organic working farm that rents the our property.

We have wonderful rolling hills and great views in the daytime and at the night time.
