The space
-Townhome (2200 sq ft) with garage, main level family room, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, deck and grill all on the same level. Lower level has a family room with a large TV, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry.
- Garage has room for 1 vehicle. Private large driveway with HOA shoveling provided.
-Upstairs Family room has Gas Fireplace and a 50 inch TV on a swivel arm so it can be pulled out for viewing..
-Master Bed is a King, 50 inch TV, Master Bath has 2 sinks, toilet with door and a tile shower.
-Lower Family room has 75 inch TV
-Lower level bedroom 1 has a Queen bed (no TV in Bedroom) and utilizes the common bath which has a tub with tile shower.
-Lower level bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed (no TV in Bedroom) and has a private bath with a walk in tiled shower.
- Kitchen is fully stocked with everything to cook and eat meals.
-Additional full refrigerator in the garage.
-Towels and sheets provided.
- Natural Gas Grill on the deck.
- Xfinity cable internet with WIFI. Easy to work remotely.
- The kegerator in lower level will be empty... sorry

We live here in the summer, and rent to just one renter (30 day min) in the winter while we are in a warmer climate. Therefore the home has everything you would need to live comfortably. Would be very interested in renting to someone that would like to rent every year and take good care of our place while there. This is why we don't have an instant booking. We can not allow pets for renters or their guests, as this is an HOA rule. We do have a dog, just stating in case anyone has dog allergies.

This is a quiet neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect that. No hot tubbing after 9:30pm (voices travel well over the lake) and keep any outside noise to a low level. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
