Nuova casa costruita a Edgartown sull'isola di Martha's Vineyard, a pochi passi dallo stagno Sengekontacket. Gli arredi sono tutti nuovi, e c'è un grande cortile per intrattenere, oltre ad essere sulla pista ciclabile e vicino a State e South Beach. La casa è in una zona boschiva e in un giro in bicicletta 8-10 minuti o 30 minuti a piedi dal centro di Edgartown con i suoi musei, ristoranti e gallerie d'arte. Il proprietario ha recentemente completato la decorazione e l'arredamento della casa utilizzando i servizi di un decoratore professionista e l'aria condizionata centralizzata installata di recente e tutti i nuovi ripiani in granito

The host answered questions right away. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch, enjoying the beautiful hydrangea bushes. The location was very convenient to many places to explore on the island. It was a great vacation for our family.

Great home base

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. I loved how it’s a short drive from downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven, so we really got to explore the island.

Great stay

Good location a couple miles from a very busy Edgartown- nice to sit on the peaceful front porch. Also, great outdoor shower. Great communication and easy check in.

Wonderful Visit to Edgartown

Wonderful Place to Stay

Wonderful weekend on the Vineyard

Loved this home! Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Especially loved the front porch rockers. Would have loved to stay longer!

We are from the finger lakes region of upstate NY and enjoy traveling and love to host families and guests and we try to make the home very welcoming and comfortable for our guests and we do have many repeat guests who also stay at our home.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We love this property as it is very close to the bike path and Sengecontacket Pond but also very private as our lost has woods in front and in back and very close to Edgartown Center and Oak Bluffs.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Central Airconditioning , covered porch in front and nice wooded deck in back with an outdoor shower and new furnishings and the house is fairly recent construction. We are also very close to the bike path and great location to Edgartown downtown and Sengecontacket pond down the street which is great for kayaking and we also provide 2 kayaks for your use. Our home is also in a very private wooded setting.
