Great Cabin

The cabin was spacious and clean. The game room and theater room were the highlights for everyone who stayed. We would definitely recommend this property.

Good size with plenty of room. Not enough pots and pans for a full house. WiFi only worked on the first floor. Shower door fell off mid shower. Grill is pathetic. Would not stay here again.

Thank you for staying with us and for the honest feedback. We're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced—the shower door incident, limited cookware, and WiFi coverage are all things we take seriously and will address right away. We appreciate you letting us know about the grill as well. I do see that you called only about the shower door and didn't allow us to fix it while you were there. It has been repaired since. We would have been happy to look into all of these issues and get them resolved for you. We do hope you were still able to enjoy your time here in the Smokies.

Great location and the house was spacious. It just needs more insulation around the theater and between the floors. Freezer door handle was broken, needs a toilet paper holder in bottom floor bathroom and parking wasn’t labeled and neighbors were parked in front of house.

Great house for large groups

Had a large group. The house accommodated all of us. Only complaint, was the kitchen is small. Hard for multiple people to cook at once. Some of us missed the neighborhood bear, that was roaming around on our last day. Had an awesome time.

This was a great property and the kids absolutely loved it. However you may want to talk to your cleaning and maintenance crew. The main level master bathtub did not drain. The sheets had lots of spots on them like they hadn't been cleaned. We found hair in the bathtubs. I would definitely ask them to clean out the toilet brush before the next guests arrive. Particles of waste left on the brush does not sit well. Your plumbing fixtures need to be updated as well. We very much enjoyed the media room and all the games. The kids said it was the best one we have ever stayed at. Just a few housekeeping issues.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this feedback—we're thrilled the kids had such a wonderful time and loved the media room! We truly appreciate you highlighting these housekeeping concerns. We'll address the drainage issue, speak with our cleaning team about the sheets and bathroom cleanliness, and ensure everything is refreshed before the next arrival. We're also looking into plumbing upgrades. Your input helps us maintain the high standards your family deserves. We'd love to welcome you back soon!
