Great for Entertaining

Well outfitted home close to UofA with everything you need to keep the family entertained. We found the home to be very clean, the host to be accommodating/welcoming, and the game room was a huge hit for the kiddos.

We couldn’t have picked a better place for our weekend in Fayetteville. The place was very clean and everything was up to date and didn’t feel like a rental. The layout was perfect for our families and had plenty of space for us to hang out in the family room and kitchen. The game room was a big hit as well! Even got to meet some of the neighbors who were so friendly. The owner was great! Checked in with us to make sure or stay was going great. If we ever need a place like this in the future this will be our place to stay at.

Beautiful, well-equipped home, perfect for our family weekend. Located close to campus but in a quiet neighborhood. Great game room, and host is responsive and easy to work with.

Stylish and thoughtful stay

The Rustic Dog was a perfect stay for a family vacation with our adult children. 3 bathrooms was a definite plus. The bedrooms were comfortable, as was the living spaces. And our grandchildren loved the game room. The host was very responsive, offered an early check in, left local bread and birthday decorations. We would definitely stay again, and highly recommend the Rustic Dog.

We loved this adorable house. Very clean and an awesome game room that our teenage girls loved! Would definitely stay there again :)

This property was perfect for an extended weekend with out family to visit our daughter. The kitchen and living room space was perfect to gather in and we used the backyard as well! The game room was a hit with the college kids and was a gem. Neighborhood was quiet and we had a very relaxing weekend. Would stay again.

Great place, beautiful home

Family and Pets Perfect

Great place to stay

House was well-maintained, very clean and looked like the pictures. Host was quick to respond with a question we had. Super fun game room and beautiful backyard area that I wish we could have enjoyed more but our stay was too short. Would definitely book again.

We had a very nice time at the property. The communication with host was excellent. The homeless spacious and clean. The game room was hit with the family as well. The backyard was shaded and had a nice relaxing feel.

This house was fantastic! It was clean and had everything you could possibly need! The backyard space and the game room were a hit! Plenty of space so you and your group don’t have to be on top of each other. It was a perfect space for a low key weekend away, spending time with our family! The house had enough to entertain us that we didn’t need to go to town! Highly recommended!

Fantastic house!

We had a great time staying at the house! We absolutely loved the outdoor area and utilized the heater and fire pit. It was a great location! Michelle is so engaging and on top of everything! She responded quickly when I texted her. The game room was so fun for my nephew! Wish we could have utilized the house a little more, but we had a lot of outside activities happening with our U of A students. We will definitely stay here again!

Spacious and comfortable home ! Super clean and new furnishings, beautiful , manicured yard and outdoor spaces. Our children loved the amazing game room! Conveniently located close to U of A campus which makes this home ideal for Game Days! We will be back!!

Best of the Best!

The Rustic Dog is a family favorite from our 4-year-old granddaughter, 10-year-old twin grandsons, and grown children. We love this place, and the host made our visit extra special with pillow chocolates, birthday decor and treat bags, not to mention the extra fun game room. A weekend full of memories!

Beautiful home. Prime location!!

GPS and the owner provides everything needed to drive right to the property. Every restaurant, shopping place, and activity was close and nearby! Our group of 6 adults had a wonderful trip! The living room had enough seating for us all. Michelle was focused on making everything perfect for us. She nailed it!! Hated to leave!!

This home feels like a vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay in this home and will definitely stay again! The home is extremely comfortable, great beds (innerspring mattresses, not internet foam mattresses), generous soft seating in the living room. We didn't use the backyard, but if we stay again when it's warmer, I'm looking forward to using the sofa in the backyard. The amenities were great, and the property manager was super responsive whenever we had questions. We really loved not having a list of chores to do before checking out, too. There were subtle seasonal decorations throughout, which was awesome since we were there for Christmas celebrations. We all enjoyed the art throughout the home, too.
