Splendidamente decorate due camere da letto / due bagni golf / villa tennis (piano piano più ampio 1.254 sq. Ft.), Al piano terra, a pochi passi dalla piscina villa privata, campi da tennis e al bellissimo Edgewater Beach Resort. Le sistemazioni includono un letto king-size nella camera matrimoniale, due letti queen-size nella camera degli ospiti, e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Camere da letto e soggiorno sono tutte dotate di TV, DVD, cavi (compresi HBO), e la connessione internet disponibile nella zona salotto. Potrete anche gustare la cucina completamente attrezzata, che include un armadio lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice per tutti i comfort di casa!
La nostra struttura è una delle più belle località balneari servizio completo a Panama City Beach, sulle splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca del Golfo del Messico. Questo condominio è vietato fumare, non permettiamo ANIMALI, e le regole resort richiediamo che gli affittuari devono essere di 25 anni di età. Un pass parcheggio è incluso nella tariffa. Ogni pass per il parcheggio aggiuntivo è di $ 10. Le tariffe NON comprendono il 13% di tasse e spese di pulizia di $ 85. Deposito cauzionale $ 250. Abbiamo bisogno di un acconto del 50% del canone di locazione per confermare la prenotazione, con il saldo 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo prevista. Great location and experience for our first visit to the area. Walking over to the beach side of the resort each day was quick, the tram was also available. Villa was clean, comfortable and quiet. Host was responsive and helpful.

Great place for families

The Villas were perfect for my family and it was clean and quiet with a pool nearby and trams available whenever needed. Will stay again!

Our second stay here and it was as enjoyable as our first. The home is clean and perfect for a vacation for the family. Its close to the beach and has plenty of other amenities to keep you entertained. Would recommend to everyone.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay so much. Condo is bottom floor & updated with cute decor. We came for dance nationals and the condo was the perfect location. We could walk to the event center quick & access to the beach walkway was so close too! Definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is nicely decorated and was well equipped. The owners were very easy to work with and responded fairly quickly. The condo wasnt far from the bridge that leads to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Racing & spectating the PCB Ironman 70.3

Loved this property! Great location and beautifully furnished. Not on the beach, but you have a private overpass to walk to the beach. Had a hiccup with the cleaning service from previous renters, but owner rectified immediately. She made the check in process so easy and she was wonderful to work with. We’re hoping to stay here again for the 2026 Ironman!

Perfect

My family and I visited PCB for a softball trounament. This was centrally located to all of the sports complexes, a 2 minute tram ride to the beach and a few feet to the pool. The condo was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Great Condo!!!

My Family had a great time staying at this condo and it was Beautifully Decorated as stated. It is a good walk to the beach , but there is a golf cart tram system to get you back and forth from the beach. We had a couple of teenage boys who loved the basketball courts right next to this unit. The only complaint is no free wifi, otherwise it was great!!!

Great experience!

Everything was exactly as described! Very comfortable & clean. Perfect for a family. Very quiet area of the Edgewater property, but you are still able to enjoy all resort amenities. Our days were spent at the beach & lagoon pool/cabana area & our evenings were spent resting & watching the ducks on the villa's back porch area. The owners communicated in a super fast manner! We will def be back next summer :)

This place rocked!

By far the best place we have stayed in PCB. The Edgewater is the best resort on the Gulf (golf, tennis, pickle ball, pools, and oh yeah right on the beach). However, this condo made the trip great. It was clean, fully stocked, next to the courts, a short walk to the beach or restaurant (or you can call the golf cart shuttle which will pick you up at your front door, and bring you back, free of charge). Will definitely be looking for this condo first when vacationing at PCB in the future!

Beautiful property

This is our 2nd time staying in this particular unit. It is the perfect location and I loved everything about it. The owners were very easy to communicate with and the unit was well stocked. We have been coming to Edgewater for years and years (about 20) and this is probably my favorite. We will definitely be back. The resort itself is easy to get around, the onsite restaurant is fantastic and the tram will pick you up at your door and drop you off at the big lagoon pool or beach. We love it here. It’s my favorite place!

Birthday Beach Trip

Edgewater Golf Resort is just a short walk on a covered bridge to the beach. The condo was spacious and cozy. This particular unit is steps away from a heated pool and tennis court. We used the pool a few times, but we did not play tennis. At $15.00 an hour per person, we decided on skipping it for time at the beach. We enjoyed Edgewater.

We had a fantastic stay at Edgewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach! From start to finish, the property owner was absolutely wonderful—extremely kind, responsive, and made the entire booking and check-in process seamless. Communication was quick, clear, and thoughtful, which made us feel confident and cared for throughout our stay.The condo was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. While we weren’t directly beachfront, the walk to the beach was easy and convenient, and we enjoyed having access to all the great resort amenities—beautiful pools, easy parking, and a safe, family-friendly environment.This was truly one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend booking this property—you won’t be disappointed!

The condo was great.we had 2 separate neighbors above us that sounded like a herd of elephants walking, sliding chairs, slamming patio doors starting at midnight until daybreak.these were young people from Alabama in both cases.i doubt if they were over 25.

Great little find!

Clean and as described. Pictures don’t do it justice. Very comfortable unit. Had everything we needed to fix small meals and cocktails. The King bed slept wonderfully. Easy in and out with luggage and groceries because there are no stairs to climb. Loved the easy, close access to one of the many Edgewater pools. Because prices have risen so much directly on the beach, this was a great bargain. A little inconvenient to get to the beach, but we were lucky everyday to drive over and get a great beach and pool access parking spot. Walked over to the beach one day and used the complimentary golf cart service one day. Thanks for the hospitality John and Liz!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed staying here for a week. It’s clean, has everything you need for a home away from home, and is an overall great place! The tram service is great and the people who run it are really nice! Owners are nice and we didn’t have any trouble our whole stay.

Edgewater golf villa

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. This was our 8th year staying at this resort. Of all the places I’ve traveled, this is my favorite beach and my favorite resort. This unit in particular is one of the nicest we’ve had at Edgewater. Very clean, accurate description, easy contact with the owners. They had everything in the kitchen one would need to prepare any meal, even had laundry detergent and dish liquid plus dish washer tabs. The beds and pillows were very nice and comfy. The golf villas have a golf cart that picks you up and takes you anywhere you want to go on the resort which is very nice and it’s a free service. Very happy with our stay. Of course we’ll be back

Perfect location!

We loved the resort and loved this villa! A quick walk to the beach and the main pool. Loved the quick access to a great restaurant, Starbucks, ice cream, and bars all on property! We will stay here again!
