Located between the Historic Center and the Castro, this property is perfect for exploring the city.
The property has enough space for large groups to gather comfortably but at the same time enough space for everyone to have a bit of privacy.

The house has 3 floors, 5 bedrooms (with a total of 15 beds), 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet. On the ground floor there is a very large dining room, living room and kitchen, where the beautiful wooden counter stands out, ideal for large groups.
The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, and the living room has a large sofa and a smart TV.
The outdoor area has a modern gas barbecue, tables and benches. It also has two large terraces.
