Regarding the insects, I appreciate you sharing that feedback. Because we’re in a tropical environment (and this is a ground-level unit), occasional pest activity can happen, but we understand it can still be frustrating. We’ll be following up with our pest control team and reviewing additional preventative steps to help minimize this for future guests. We’re also happy to hear the stocked laundry detergent was a pleasant surprise. We’d love the opportunity to host you again.
