This unit is 1,500 sq ft and is fully furnished, non-smoking, garden-level property which includes ALL utilities and Internet.

The living room features a 55-inch smart TV and an electric fireplace.

The main bedroom features a queen bed, closet, vanity table, and nightstand.

The main bathroom is next to the main bedroom and features a double sink with a private toilet and a walk in shower.

The second bedroom features 2 twin beds, dresser, spacious waling closet, and an office area. An extra bunk bed can be added if required.

The full-size kitchen features a gas range / oven, refrigerator, microwave hood, and dishwasher with a large amount of storage and a high top area for in kitchen dining.

The laundry room / mud room is just inside of the private entry, features a gas dryer, high-efficiency washer, closet, folding surface, and an additional refrigerator / freezer.

The property is in a family-friendly neighborhood, just a short drive to Paisley Park, Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, downtown Excelsior, Lake Minnetonka, and downtown Chanhassen with the MSP International Airport is also 25 minutes away.

Maintenance, lawn care, snow removal and property management are covered year-round by property owners.

Renter's insurance required for long term renters.

No parties, smoking, vaping, drugs, weapons, or pets.

Peace and Quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So clean and everything we needed plus more. Good location for getting around. Lovely walking paths. Definitely would come back and highly recommend to others.

Brad and Lili are just one of the amazed hosts I dealt with. Their house is just what we were looking and expecting for. Everything was clean and provided for us and the kids. On the kids room they were 3 beds and their room was a kind of playground for them😅. They wanted to stay there forever. I will highly recommend that place with a great neighborhood to all the multiple families, who have an average budget like us😅 Brad and Lili thanks again for all your kindness, patience and hospitality toward me and my family.

This was a perfect location for us to attend our family reunion. The apartment was very clean and the hosts left us some nice snacks and plenty of coffee for our 3 night stay. Be aware that there are two short flights of inside stairs to navigate with luggage to access the lodging. Check in and out, as well as communication in general was very good. Also be aware that you are living downstairs from a family, thus footsteps and sounds are sometimes heard. Not a deal breaker for us as we primarily were gone most of each day.

Perfect fit!

I was traveling with my mom and 2 younger kids for medical appointments. This was the perfect fit as it was a family friendly neighborhood where my kids could be outside. The basement allowed my mom tonstay with my youngest and she had room to play without being cramped. She loved the toys they had available. The park around the block was a perfect afternoon entertainment. We also enjoyed time at the Minnesota Arboretum nearby. We will stay again when we are back for future appointments.

It is quieter but with a short drive I can take advantage of the historic Excelsior downtown, take a walk along Lake Minnetonka, take trails and enjoy the beach and playground of Lake Minnewashta, explore Minnesota's Landscape Arboretum, visit Paisley Park, check out a local brewery, or go shopping at Target.

The back yard is spacious to run around, play tetherball, enjoy a fire at the firepit, or enjoy the flowers on the trees in the spring. There are several paved pathways that can be taken to enjoy short or long walks.
