All 4 King Master Bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms and private access to the upper or lower decks. There are 6 full size bunks with super-comfortable cloud mattresses in the loft and a dedicated bathroom for it as well. For those that need a little extra space, there is also a queen size pull-out sofa sleeper in the loft area.

The spacious open floor plan and 1500 sq ft of outdoor living areas provide plenty of room for large groups to enjoy time together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook amazing meals - including a double oven, and the outdoor kitchen includes a built-in gas grill and refrigerator to keep drinks handy. The game room has a comfortable lounge area for watching movies & sports plus has all the toys - including a pool table, shuffle board, game console, 6 person bistro table, 75" big screen TV, and an abundance of windows with amazing mountain views. Outdoor amenities include a gas fire place with TV, a wood-burning fire pit, 6 person spa, children's playset, corn hole, and horseshoes.

We're easily accessible via paved roads at the corner of Sugarberry and Pine Hills Rd - and conveniently located just minutes from shops, restaurants, the new Choctaw Landing and outdoor activities at Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park.
