Escape to the mountains and enjoy gathering inside and outside in your own private 5 bedroom cabin. Relax in the great room while the kids watch a movie or play in the game room. End the night sitting around the outdoor firepit, enjoying the sauna or relaxing in the 101 degree hot tub. Gather as a family in your dining area and prepare in cabin meals in your fully equipped kitchen. Free WIFI, washer dryer and gas grill for your convenience.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this cabin to celebrate graduation with our son and a few of his friends. Our stay was very relaxing with beautiful views. The pool table, air hockey, and theater was perfect for the boys. The cabin was ready before check-in which was nice. Located only minutes away from Pigeon Forge. We didn’t get to use the fire pit due to rainy weather all weekend but there was plenty of other options to keep us busy. Checking in and checking out was flawless. We loved everything about our stay! Thank you for assisting us with making wonderful memories with our family.

Reviewer Comments: First off to get to the property you have to drive up a mountain that’s a little intimidating if you’re not use to it but once you get to the cabin the view from the top is amazingly. The cabin itself is beautiful clean and spacious. There was 7 of us and we all had our own little areas. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was on top of everything called us and made sure we were good and that the cabin was as expected. Me and my family will definitely be back next year

Ridgetop Theater 5 star Experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great... from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. The only thing we thought they needed to work on (especially for the money we paid) was the lack of supplies like trash bags and sponges to wash dishes with.. We wound up having to run into town the next day to get trash bags and cleaning stuff.. Oh and the theater experience didn't work as it was set up for a projector but instead there was a TV in it's place which wasn't wired for the immersive theater experience.. but none the less a very awesome experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice property with lots of amenities, theater room, game room, hot tub, sauna, indoor and outdoor fireplace. Plenty of beds for a large group. Very clean, with ample towels.This is a nice home; a few low-cost updates can make it even better. Bed in primary bedroom (1st floor) sags, a mattress pad would do wonders. No hairdryers, while it is noted hairdryers aren't included the low cost to purchase even one for the convenience of not packing it, especially for those flying in. Shower curtain in the primary en-suite bath is cheap. Neon, mushrooms take away from the aesthetic of the house. A good quality shower curtain would go a long way. Mismatched side tables, with a TV tray not what you would expect in a home of this caliber. Low-cost updates would truly make this house a 5-star stay. Property management company, Elk springs was phenomenal.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying we love Elk Springs Resort and have used them for the past 10 bookings or so. With that being said our trip this year left a lot to be desired even though the cabin layout was amazing. The blame falls squarely on whoever they use for cleaning the cabins but it was NASTY. Refrigerator Ice Maker: Mold, had to have someone come clean it.Sheets were dirty upon arrival and had to throw them in the wash.The kitchen table had food smashed into the cracks of the boards so definitely wasn't cleaned right.Exterior doors barely closed, there was no firewood for the firepit, outdoor lights either didn't work or were so dim it didn't matter. This was a gift for my wife's 40th birthday and it definitely didn't live up to our expectations. Really disappointed that feels like a wasted trip, which is really not our experience with Elk Springs in years' past.

Worse vacation rental ever

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is in a good location however it needs to be out of service due to needed repairs. The rental has several water leaks throughout the home. The worse one being the main entrance, water is coming through the wall and soaks the entire door frame and floor(rotted). opening and closing the door is almost impossible due to the swelling in the frame and door. Several people in the group could not open or close the door (safety issue). This property has a lot of rot in several areas of the rental, this has been a ongoing issue with the property that has been neglected. All other doors were hard to open and close also. I did call property management, and they sent out extra towels to soak up the water (ASAP) and said someone would call me and possibly moving us to a different rental. I still have not heard from anyone and that was 6 days ago. The access panel to the jetted tub was falling off with nails exposed. The couches need replaced as they are broken down. Upon arrival the rental appeared clean, but I did notice all the dust on furniture and dirt around the floor molding. The rental does have a wet musty smell especially downstairs. This rental is not child/baby/toddler friendly. Sitting outside together is impossible unless you bring you own chair, only 1 to 2 chairs per sitting area. This rental is nothing like the pics and description.

Black mold

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked on a Sunday. The day of they told us the movie theater room was out of order and we couldn’t use it because it wouldn’t be fixed until we left. This was one of our biggest reasons for booking. Then we arrive and the dishwasher leaked everywhere so I called maintenance and it was a broke seal so now we have to hand wash dishes the whole week. Which is fine but not what we would have preferred. Then one day it stormed. The bathroom on the main floor was LEAKING then I looked along the walls and it was COVERED in black mold. Called maintenance again and the guy took a video of it all and of course that all will be fixed after our stay as well. I asked if we could have an extra night for the inconvenience and nobody booked it but they told me no. They don’t offer free nights. I then asked for a refund or some sort of compensation and they told me I had to wait till after checkout for them to make that decision. It’s been three days sense I have checked out and still haven’t heard a thing!

Spacious house, great for multiple families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is great for multiple families or larger groups. 4 bedrooms on all 3 levels give you privacy. Theater room was a big hit. This is an older cabin, but very well kept. Mattresses need to be replaced, especially in the king room in the main floor. Upstairs TVs didn’t work, but main floor and basement were fine. The front porch and back decks were always swarming with bumblebees. Good water heater and pressure in bathrooms.
