Perfect little place ❤️

Location can’t be beat! Walkable to water, downtown NB and more. We are not tiny people but all four of us & the pup fit nicely and had everything we needed for a perfect 4th of July river trip. Wildlife all around & we had so much fun exploring the town on foot. A great spot to come home to after a long hot river day & liked that we could cook some of our meals as well. Loved our sweet host & our time there!! Highly recommend ❤️

Our host was so accommodating and thought of every little detail to make our stay comfortable. My husband and I loved the location! We were able to walk to Wurstfest and to the many shops and restaurants in downtown New Braunfels.The outdoor space was a true oasis, and truly, it would have been a perfect vacation if we had decided to just hang there and chill - BUT…there is so much to do in town! We loved every single thing about this little cottage!

PERFECT FOR US!!!!

I can’t say enough about this amazing place! The location was the best with river access and town within a few blocks. We enjoyed walking downtown and to Landa Park. Tina is a phenomenal human and just the best host ever. We felt right at home with our two dogs from the moment we arrived. Gruene has a popular music scene and is just a few miles away too. SCORE!!!! Stay with Tina you won’t regret it:)

R & R for Grandma

I rented this small cottage for a visit to my daughter and grandsons. Since their living space is crowded, I opted to rent my own space. The location was absolutely perfect - close to downtown, the river, Landa Park, shopping, restaurants - everything I needed. I could walk everywhere and felt perfectly safe doing that. My host was a lovely lady who provided a comfortable space, both inside and out. I spent lots of time in the lovely patio area, as well as inside the cottage. I had a great experience here!

Suzie was such a pleasure to meet and to host! I loved seeing her with friends & family enjoying the backyard & patio area! Adorable stay in downtown New Braunfels

Tina's guest house is close to everything in New Braunfels. It is an easy walk to the Comal, and downtown restaurants and maybe 5 minutes to Schlitterbahn. The guest house is very small. I stayed there with my teenage daughter and we were comfortable but it felt like one more person would have made it a tight squeeze. We had a nice time and one of the best parts was that Tina was very accomodating of our 2 dogs. There is a fenced yard and a my dogs seemed very happy with the stay. The only suggestion I would say is maybe a rack for drying dishes? We didn't cook much, just made sandwiches so it wasn't a big deal but we just let dishes dry on the counter.

Fantastic stay!

This rental was clean, cozy, and the location can’t be beat! Lisa, the host, was fantastic. She answered all my questions before I arrived and while we were staying. We had 4 in our group and she went and purchased another tube so she would have 4 for us when we arrived. The rental stayed so cool inside because it was 100 degrees outside. It was a short float, but we walked to Hinman Island Park to enter our tubes and then got out at Lisa’s easement. We did the same float twice that day. Also, there are so many deer in her front and side yard and all around the neighborhood. They are pretty to watch. We walked to Muck and Fuss to eat one evening and could have easily walked to the other places downtown but ended up driving the very short distance due to the heat index while visiting. Lisa had everything we needed along with a nice welcome note when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay so much!
