This condo is located at the Villas of Clearwater beach where you can enjoy a shared pool, grills and just steps from the beach.

Finns up is located on the top floor of building B.

As you walk in you will see an open floor plan with high ceilings, perfect space for your family vacation.

This beach condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodating 6 guests total.

The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable King-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom boasts two full-size beds and a smart TV.

With 1100 square feet of living space, you'll have room to relax and make lasting memories with loved ones.

The living room is designed for relaxation and offers access to a private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evenings. Plenty of comfy seating makes it an inviting space to enjoy.

The dining area is perfect for family meals, and the renovated kitchen is equipped with brand new GE appliances and stunning quartz countertops, making meal preparation a joy.

This condo offers a true beachside experience with no streets to cross. Simply venture down the stairs to enjoy the pool or continue down to the beach, where sun, surf, and sand await.

Wonderful condo in perfect location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The unit is in walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The beach is amazing and not crowded. I would highly recommend this unit for your stay. Julian the host always responded immediately to any of my questions. Wonderful stay!

Condo was perfect for our vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location close to the beach, restaurants and shops. nice kitchen , comfortable beds , we enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out was easy. There are a couple flights of stairs up to the condo in case you have trouble with stairs keep that in mind. The pool area was great and it was warm. We would stay here again.
