Location was very convenient to the primary spots we wanted to visit. Parking is nice and easy to get in and out. It was also very quiet! Good window coverings meant you can sleep in if you want. Had all the amenities we needed. The washing machine shakes the place so don’t use it late at night - my only complaint is keeping track of the numerous access codes and i was rather confused when I first arrived but other than that I would stay here again.

The location of The Corbin 1201 was perfect for exploring Fort Worth & so convenient to Dickie’s Stadium. The building was secure as well as the parking. All of the instructions were clear. Closing down the apartment was easy. I would definitely stay here the next time that I go to the Fort Worth area.

Parents Weekend

Property seemed like it was newly built. Neighborhood was a bit difficult to gauge. Would have definitely liked a working lock on the door to stairs as well as an entrance inside the locked gate. It was comfortable and the manger was easy to communicate with. Overall was clean, could have used a little more scrubbing in bathroom, doors and stovetop.

12 hours for property manager to respond

The door code provided didn't work. That's when we discovered the property management Square House didn't provide a contact phone number—only email address. We submitted our need for help and didn't receive a response until the following morning (12 hours later). We had checked into a hotel by that point.
