Located just off the Bow Valley Trail, this beautiful condo is in walking distance of everything downtown Canmore has to offer. Even offering views of Ha Ling peak.
This home comes with a full kitchen, laundry, private bbq & access to the resort's exercise room, pool and hot tub.
Perfect for couples or small families, you will be perfectly situated with the comfort and convenience to make your stay in Canmore as memorable as the surrounding mountains!
Beautiful Mountain Escape at the entrance to Banff National Park.
This cozy condo is located in one of the top resort properties, Grande Rockies Resort in Canmore. This location offers you limitless options for relaxation. Views of the Ha Ling and Miners Peak from the unit.
Downtown is a short 10 minute walk. Canmore possesses thousands of activities and things to do. Explore along the main street, you can pop into local artist’s galleries, browse through shops or try local specialties. Feeling a bit more adventurous? Take a short drive to Banff town or spend the day taking in breath-taking Lake Louise or one of many stunning lakes inside the National Park.
National Park Pass included for guests visiting until May 2025 (due to upcoming changes linking park passes to individual vehicles)!
From the Condo, there’s easy access to the highway and all the exciting sites in the area. Take hiking tours, experience the Rockies from the sky in a helicopter ride, or from the water by hiring canoes or kayaks. Or rent a bike and enjoy the scenery as you speed through the trees.
This 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King Bed and pull-out sofa. The facilities are free for you to enjoy during your stay such as high speed wifi, heated indoor pool and hot tub, BBQ and fitness room.
There is a walkout patio giving easy drop off access for your luggage when arriving, that being said it is facing a parking entrance and nearby service bay so some noise during the day can be expected.
All that’s left to say is to pack up, to drive to us, relax and enjoy your stay.
The condo allows one titled parking spot in the heated underground garage with elevator access to the building. Parking garage allows max height of 6'6". Extra parking, free of charge, can be found along the neighbouring streets.
Access to the resort's amenities (pool, hot-tub, fitness room) provide fun for all ages. Shopping, groceries, dining, and activities are all within walking distance, which ensures that the full Canmore experience is always within arm's reach!
Canmore has numerous taxi companies that can take you anywhere you need if walking is not desirable.
The resort is located just off the #1 Highway and is right along the Bow Valley Trail - giving easy access to Banff and Calgary.
Check-in and out is contactless, if any issues arise please message us and we are available to help.
Located right near one of the main commercial streets, this resort offers a quiet respite with the convenience of being close to everything you need.
Shops, restaurants, and trails are all within a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

~Please remove shoes at the front door.
~NO SMOKING - absolutely no smoking inside the premises, including the patio of the unit. Smoking only permitted outside the building (front entrance or exit-only door at end of hallway beyond unit).
~MAKE-UP REMOVAL: Please DO NOT use white towels to remove make-up. This ruins the towels and will incur a replacement charge at the guest's expense. Please use paper towel or your own disposable make-up removal wipes. ~All items are owned within the unit, anything taken will be charged back to the guest.
Extra Charges and Fees:
Please note that additional housekeeping charges may apply for excessive messiness or damage to our unit or furniture. These fees include:
- National park pass missing: $150+ for replacement (available for guests before May 2025 due to a policy change linking park passes to individual vehicles)
- Late checkout fee: $25 (applies after 11 am without prior approval by the host)
- Extra garbage fee: $25 (for garbage/recycling left in the unit)
- Extra cleaning fee: $25 (for excessive cleaning needs, such as food left in the kitchen/on tables, or dishes not done)
- Towel replacement fee: $10 (for damaged towels, replacement price per towel)
- Linen replacement fee: Varied (depending on the damaged item)
