Very convenient & quiet

Very convenient to everything we needed. The place was surprisingly quiet for being right off the main street. Several restaurants within walking distance. Bed is super comfortable. Also has a lovely pool available (it was too cold for us to swim during our trip).

Unfortunately the water heater broke so we had no water at all in the shower and no hot water in the sinks. We had to check out early. Otherwise, it was a great place.

Hi Rebecca – I’m so sorry again that this happened during your stay. Unfortunately, this was a building-wide water outage due to the main boiler going out — every condo in the complex temporarily lost water while management replaced the system. As soon as we were notified, we reached out to you right away to explain the situation and offered a full refund, knowing that a comfortable stay isn’t possible without water access. The issue was fully repaired and water was restored within 12 hours, but we completely understood your decision to check out early. We truly did everything a good host should do — communicated quickly, took care of you, and acted fairly. We just wish the review reflected that this was something out of our control and that we went above and beyond to handle it the right way.

I always rent unit with washer and dryer. Dryer broken. Extremely disappointed as I packed lite. Should have told us before we went.

Hi Jackie - Thank you for your message, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience caused by the dryer not being available when you arrived. Unfortunately, as we notified you prior to your arrival, the previous guest accidentally damaged the dryer just before your stay, and we weren’t able to repair it in time for your arrival. I completely understand how frustrating that must have been—and I am glad you were able to make use of the communal washers and dryers in the building, which are specifically for guests. So although you may not have been able to do laundry inside our condo, you were able to do it with the machines located in the building. The good news is that the dryer has now been fully repaired and is back in working order. I appreciate your patience and understanding, and I sincerely apologize for the disruption. Warm regards, -Zac

10 minutes to downtown condo

This studio apt was very much what we were looking for. It’s a good spot for a home base that offers a lot of options. There are cute neighborhood shops nearby on 8th, if you venture over to 12th there are a ton of shops and restaurants different coffee shops as well. There are parks nearby as well. The best part is you can take the bus across the street to downtown $4 round trip as opposed to up to $45 to park in downtown, it may add time to your trip but we found it to be relaxing and a little more adventurous. The bus ride itself is only 10 minutes, wait times can be longer. The ac worked well, the area is quiet, there’s a pool for summer use, fell in love with the rain shower in the bathroom, kitchen has the basics you need and Publix supermarket is maybe a block away. Great place for a wknd adventure or home base to discover the greater Nashville area.
