This beautiful condo features new mattresses and linens in each room. The master bedroom contains a king bed, and the second bedroom contains two queen beds.

Awesome place!

We had a great time at this condo. Everything was as described. The condo was very clean and well organized. Checking is and out was a breeze as the communication beforehand was excellent! Parking was very easy and the location on the beach was incredible!! Highly recommend!!!

3rd year at Aquarius

This was our 3rd year staying in this unit. Peter (the new owner this year) has revamped the unit with new mattresses and bedding.We like the quiet beach (no traffic) and the sunrise views. Peter went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the unit.

A true beach paradise!

We just checked out of this condo, and to say it was the perfect pre-holiday retreat is an understatement! The new owner and host, Peter, takes hospitality to a new level. He is responsive and polite, and it is clear that he values his guests. He has updated this unit with brand new beds, bed linens and towels. In addition, a new dishwasher has been installed in the kitchen. The unit was immaculate and well organized. The kitchen is fully equipped, and everything you could ask for is available. The view is stunning, and the balcony provides chairs and side tables to relax and take in the sights and sounds of the ocean. The building is quiet and well maintained , and this unit is conveniently located across from the trash chute and laundry facilities. I can’t wait to return to this little slice of beach paradise!

I live in Jersey City NJ and I am originally from Atlanta GA! I am a big sports fan! Go Braves, Falcons and my NJ team is the Devils for hockey! Travel is my passion and meeting great people along the way!

I look forward to welcoming so many great guests to my beautiful condo in Ormond Beach FL! I am in the hospitality business so I look forward to providing the best experience that I possibly can!

Ormond Beach is simply beautiful. I have been coming to Ormond my entire life and it was a dream of mine to buy the perfect condo on the beach for many years!

I now have done that and I welcome you to my home! Enjoy a piece of paradise with sunrises and sunsets that are something not to miss out on!

My condo features views like no other. You could not be any closer to the beach. I have brand new beds in the condo plus a brand new dishwasher and new amenities. I am always available to assist you at a moments notice.

Hospitality is about taking care of you and your guests when you stay at my property. You just have to stay to see why it is unique! You will love it I would like to think!
