Had an amazing stay and our hosts were amazing! The home was antique cute and far enough away from the town for a nice quiet stay but close enough to walk to restaurants and ferry! Would book again.

Enjoyed our relaxing stay at your beautiful cottage.

Love to stay at your cottage. This is our second stay. Especially love sitting in the screened in porch watching the sunset.

Charming Cottage

An older island cottage but very well kept and clean with a lot of charm. Cottage was close to the ferry and coffee shops.

Family Wedding stay was amazing

The house was exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful views, comfortable and plenty of room to be together or apart whichever you needed at the moment! Walk to the Inn where the wedding was taking place was easy and the beach is right down the road. Love this cottage and hope to go back for a longer stay!

Good location walking distance from the ferry. Old house with a lot of character. Quite warm in June even with fans on the top floor. Host was responsive and kind for allowing us to check in early but there was miscommunication on check out time (listing said 11, host thought 10)

Heaven on Peaks

We had the most spectacular stay at the cottage! There are such beautiful views and the cottage is so convenient to the ferry and restaurants. Jean was so lovely and helpful. The house was clean and spacious. We can’t thank the family enough for such a wonderful time and hope to be back next year for a longer stay.

Lovely Maine cottage

We just finished our third stay here in this lovely old Maine retreat. We love coming here. The cottage is comfortable and charming, is convenient to everything and has great views of Casco Bay. We can enjoy the quiet island life and still have all that Old Port has to offer nearby. Who could ask for more? We are looking forward to our next visit!

Adorable and quaint cottage on Peaks Island

Such a quaint place. Perfect location… about 1/2 mile from the ferry landing. Beautiful view of the water from the back porch of the house. House is from the 1800’s and has so many old features that make it such a “cottage” feeling. Beds were comfortable and hosts were great to communicate with. Would definitely return here for a future stay and would recommend.

Fantastic cottage with great location!

Our family of 4 just stayed here for a few days. We loved the location of the cottage - walkable to town, playground and more. The cottage was clean and comfortable, a true Maine cottage with antiques and no frills. Fans and new air conditioners were provided for the hot nights upstairs. The screened porch was lovely to watch sunsets. We rented bikes, found the beach, and ate lobster, oysters, and ice cream - a perfect Maine getaway!

Lovely Stay on Peaks

Lovely cottage with plenty of room for 6 adults. It was a bit chilly over our Late Sept stay, but there were a couple heaters that kept the place cozy. Hope to be back to visit the island soon!

Comfey Cottage

Peaks Island is a wonderful respite from what ever ails ya. Wonderful cottage in the true “Mainah” style. Well maintained rustic cottage with a true feeling of the Peaks experience. Located on a lovey street that offers the best sun sets of any season. Nicely appointed with typical cottage furnishing, which is something from everyone in my experience. All fitting nicely together for a very comfortable well kept place to call home for a few days. Would come back again.

Lovely

Though the outside is a bit shabby, it belies the incredibly tidy and clean interior with charming but not cluttered antiques. An amazing sunset view from the back of the house was so welcome at the end of days exploring the beaches. Highly recommend. * You do have to rent sheets but it was not hard!

Peaks Island Rocked

A short walk from the ferry we loved the location of the house. Great view out the back and a short walk to the water. The house had everything we needed I would definitely stay again!

Idyllic place to stay

Loved my time at this beautiful colonial cottage with stunning water views and gorgeous sunsets. A very peaceful stay - I had to leave early due to a family emergency but hope to be back again...........I highly, highly recommend this beautiful place!

Peaks House comfortable and great location.

We had a delightful time at the Gulliver’s house on Peak’s Island. We took full advantage of coffee on the sunny east porch, every morning, and the west screened in porch and outdoor sitting area an awesome perch to gather to relax read and watch the ebb and flow of the Casco Bay tides and nightly sunsets. The house was clean, comfortable and roomy. We loved you could ride our bikes everywhere and stop and rest and take the time to soak up the peace and quiet. Susan MacDB

Classic New England Cottage

The Gulliver Cottage sits atop a quiet hill with a lovely view down to Casco Bay. Furnishings are vintage and the cottage is a throwback that blends seamlessly with the experience of Peaks Island itself. The screened-in back porch was a favorite, cool and bug free. Plenty of space for our family of six. The cottage is centrally situated, a short walk to town, beaches and other attractions.
