Quiet and cozy

It was very clean and quiet. We also enjoyed viewing a rocket launch from the beach which was within walking distance.

Super cute

This was a super cute property! Was a perfect stay for my son‘s field trip to Kennedy space Center. Short walk to the beach. Quiet location. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent Location and Stay

This property was an easy walk to the beach. We were able to watch the rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center from the beach on a beautiful, clear morning! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Quiet Location

We enjoyed the quiet location and close proximity to the beach. We were impressed with the newness and cleanliness of the interior spaces. The king bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels.

Perfect for everyone

We stayed and everything could have not been more perfect. The property was clean, neat, and organized. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be together as well. The location offered plenty to do within a walk or short drive. We would 100% stay again. Best of all, communication with the host was fantastic.

Wonderful

Clean. Spacious. A short walk to the beach. Beautiful beach! Biking the neighborhood was fun and easy. Many dedicated bike lanes. We would recommend this to family and friends.

Convenient and Beautiful

We had a great stay. The home is well decorated but we found a previous guests dirty sock and undwrwear under one of the beds which tells me that they didnt really clean well before we arrived. The cleaning people were still therevat 430 when we arrivedand the floor was overly wetThe neigborhood was kind of strange. People stared at us a lot and the next door neighbors were loud. Overall the stay was fantastic. The kitchen and cleaning supplies were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Good Surfing Location

This location is great for surfing, being just a block and a half away from good spots at Cape Canaveral beach. The area has a mixed quirky vibe, with both some posh new homes and some places that where "Florida Man" might live. This unit is nicely redecorated and well-equipped. Our biggest suggestion is that the furniture in front of the TV is not very comfortable for extended viewing. But otherwise this is a great place to stay!

We had a fantastic two-week stay at this property! The location is great - just a five-minute walk to the beach, which made morning strolls and sunset views incredibly easy. Inside, the décor was beautiful and thoughtfully curated, creating a relaxing and stylish atmosphere. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with all the kitchenware we needed, which made cooking at home a breeze. The internet was very reliable, which was a huge plus since we work remotely. We had no issues staying connected and productive the entire time.It's a suburban neighborhood populated with some unique locals, but we felt safe at all times. We loved how peaceful it was throughout our stay.One unexpected highlight was being able to watch rocket launches from the nearby beach—such a unique and memorable experience! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway. Plus it's pet-friendly!

Bad Start

Though a favourable location, there were certain problems found when we entered and had a look around. First was the headboard in the main bedroom that had been damaged, Second, the rugs in the lounge and main bedroom had the corner turned up and would not lie flat. We tripped several times. Third was the Internet and WiFi. This not operating properly meant that we, coming from a foreign country, our mobile phones did not operate. We therefore could not communicate with the management for 3 days until we were able to borrow a phone. After shopping we tried to re-enter the property and failed. After several attempts we succeeded. After contacting them, someone came round to correct the problems. He also explained that the lock was controlled with the WiFi meaning that if it was intermittently failing, entry was blocked. However, the fix for the bedroom rug curled up again. To enable us to communicate we eventually bought a phone to use for the rest of our stay. This helped with keeping in contact. A further problem was found when we lifted the non-slip mat in the bath, there was a chip out of the bottom of the bath that was filled with a blue compound. There did not seem to be any leakage but was reported.I find it difficult to understand that problems were not found and corrected before we arrived. Also a hardcopy of info and instructions would have been helpful with no WiFi, being available. at the time.
