The house was very nice, cute, cozy, location was great, I loved the screened in back porch with the fire pit out back. The bed was very comfortable and the coffee was good. lol, the host got back with me quickly whenever asked anything. I would most definitely stay there again. Folly Beach was great. With parking being at a premium we had parking right outside our accommodations. Our place was a short two blocks from the beach as well as walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Nice!

A great little getaway bungalow. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the rest of the amenities are exactly as described. Location is perfect, a short walk to Center St. and the beach. Hosts are attentive and communicative. If you’re looking for a good short Folly reprieve, can’t recommend this enough.

A truly special place, so well appointed, comfortable and well cared for. We loved being 2 blocks from the beach and having this as a home away from home in Folly - we can't wait to return!

Great weekend beach getaway

Hard to ask for a better stay! Super clean, easy check in, great comfortable modern design, short walk to town, even shorter walk to the beach, cute napping porch in the backyard, easy parking. Perfect for single/couples.

Folly Beach - Porch fest weekend

I highly recommend Martia’s place! It is in a great location on Folly, and is extremely clean with nice amenities! She was a great host and I highly recommend.

This property was represented well by the listing. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s just a short walk to the beach and all the food and shops on center street. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great spot in FB

We decided to take a long weekend trip for Labor Day and it was so worth it. This is such a wonderful place to stay! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes into the main strip. It was cozy and amazing in every way! This was my 4th time visiting Folly and this was by far the best place I’ve stayed. Check in and overall communication was flawless. Also, the weather couldn’t have been better. We will absolutely be back.

Great House , location and communication. Manager one we had a wedding and despite the 4 pm time for entry, they texted us a 3 pm so we could change clothes and arrive on time. Thanks for accommodating us. Beautiful back yard with chairs and a fire pit. Parking for two vehicles out front. Fresh whole bean coffee with a grinder made us feel at home. Would rent again , if we were visting Folly Island again.
