The Caribbean Resort has gone through multiple renovations: The public spaces around the resort have fresh carpet installed, new tile work completed and a host of needed improvements! All Dominican Tower hallways have new lighting, all new signage and new outdoor carpet installed. The Dominican Pool Restrooms have now completed their phase of the project with all new tile flooring, tiled stalls and new fixtures.

** Each guests during your stay is provided with 1 towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel**

**Guests receive a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap. Once the starter pack is finished, guests are responsible for purchasing items**

**Renter agreement needs to be completed and signed**

**Late checkout fee will be charged to guests, if guests requests late checkout 24 hours before checking out, and if we can accommodate late check out**

**Best way to contact us is via this site that is monitored daily. Inquires and bookings sent after a certain time will be processed and answered the next day**

**Please remember, this is a non-smoking resort, including the balcony. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas. **

**The parking garage clearance is 7 ft. 3in. **

**No golf carts, RVs, or trailers permitted in parking garage. There is on street paid parking available if needed. Motorcycles can park on the first floor of the parking garage. **

**This is a pet-free resort, no pets permitted**

**All reservations must be made by the person staying in this room and is of at least 25 years of age.**

**Please be mindful and abide by the resorts quiet time of 11pm to 7am**

**Myrtle Beach International Airport is 5.1 miles or approximately 15 minutes away from the resort.**

**Resort Amenities are not guaranteed and may be changed, removed, or become unavailable at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as pools, hot tubs, pool heaters, and beach equipment. No compensation will be provided for unavailable or removed amenities**
