It is bright (thanks to natural light) 3-room apartment of 90 m2 with new elegant furnishings. Guests can benefit from large sun terrace of 40 m2 (facing the sea and the golf court) where they can enjoy not only their morning coffee with fresh air and breathtaking views :).

Apartment was designed to enjoy the destination while still feeling the intimacy and privacy that a home provides. Sandy beaches the Playa La Cala and Playa de la Yuca are in the walking distance (20 mins thru cozy residential area) or 5 mins by car. The ideal accommodation capacity is for 4 persons, offering the extension for one on the lounge sofa in the living room.

Equipment and installations: WiFi High Speed Internet, smart TV, air conditioning hot and cold, ceiling fans, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juice squeezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and kitchen utensils, linens, towels, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and fire-resistant safe. For yoga/fitness focused guests the necessary equipment for practice (non-slip yoga mat, dumbbells, chair, bolster, blocks and strap) is also available.

Private covered parking lot right outside the entrance and the private swimming pool (opened from March-15 until end of October) free of charge.

From once the booking has been confirmed until the departure of your stay, Benalmadena Property Management company manages the entire process of the guests stay, including a personal meet and greet upon arrival & 24/7 support for those unforeseen emergencies. Late-arriving guests can take advantage of the possibility of accessing the apartment through Nuki Keypad to a Smart Lock (guests will receive an individual, 6-digit access code).
