We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the property and that the spectacular lanai view was a highlight of your stay🌺 We certainly understand how challenging it was to arrive during the storm and experience an extended power, Wi-Fi, and cell service outage. The outage affected all of West Maui, including our local office and team, which significantly limited our ability to provide our usual level of in-person support. During that time, we had to rely on our after-hours service provider to assist guests. We did send a mass text to all in-house guests with local news and information sources so everyone could stay updated on the outage and local conditions. We also appreciate your feedback regarding emergency information and will take it into consideration as we continue reviewing how we can better support guests during situations like this. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the washing machine; it has since been replaced. The front door issue was addressed during your visit, and we found that the deadbolt was locked upon your departure, which may have contributed to the difficulty you had. We’re also pleased to inform you that the living room TV has been replaced, and the missing light fixture in the master bathroom shower has been fixed.
