Charming Wrigleyville Home Close to the Cubs!

Enjoy Chicago while staying in our private guest suite in a fantastic Wrigleyville location! We are the main residents of the property, and are excited to host you in our furnished guest space while you explore the city. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax.

The space
There are 2 spacious bedrooms with queen mattresses, luxurious white sheets and plenty of pillows. The bathroom is gorgeous with new double-sinks, under-cabinet lighting and a massive spa-like shower. A convenient kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & dishes/silverware!

Guest access
Please be advised there is no common area or living room in the space. However your unit is separate from the above units, with your own private, self-check-in entrance - so you can come and go as you please!

Other things to note
The entrance to the unit is in the rear of the building, through the back door. To get there, you pass through a breezeway at the right side of the building. There are a few stairs down to get into the unit, but once you are inside, there aren't any stairs and the shower is a walk-in. You'll never have to worry about losing a key because the unit is accessed with a key code lock!

There is free parking in front of the house (first-come, first-serve), however, you can't park there after 6 pm. I am happy to offer you parking passes for after 6pm each day, just please ask in advance! Using the App Spot Hero will show you where to find the closest overnight parking at the lowest rate. It is also easy to hail an Uber/Lyft from the unit, as they are always nearby in the neighborhood and it is a short drive into downtown.

We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
