Escape the winter cold for a few months in our tropically lush, water resplendent retreat home. Rainfall shower with 6 body sprayers, 72" standalone tub deep soaking tub with hand wand and adjacent soothing linear color change electric fireplace. Stream your spa soundtrack right from your phone app to our bluetooth enabled shower fan sound system. Our backyard enclosure contains a tropical garden paradise with an oversized saltwater pebbletec surfaced freeform pool with multiple water features, benches and sun ledges. Escape into the heated 30,000 gallon pool with jacuzzi, multiple waterfalls, water slide and swim through grotto. Giant tropicals and exotics cultivated for over a decade old call our pool enclosure home. The entire pool garden is fully screened. Enjoy walks on the tree lined sidewalks of our quiet tropically landscaped gated community. Try out the gym at our community clubhouse. Revive, escape, enjoy, refresh.

We are from up and down the east coast, got remote jobs and eventually bought a fabulous pool in Florida, that also happened to come with a house! We married late in life and did not have any kids. We wanted somewhere we could live with our many pets that was close to the Naples area and all the great stores, restaurants and other features that southwest Florida has to offer.

Our neighborhood, Emerson Square, is located in the southmost side of Fort Myers directly off route 41, which makes it very close and quickly accessible to Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples as well as Sanibel and Captiva islands. Its only a 15 to 20 minute drive to multiple beach areas and an hour and a half drive to Miami - Fort Lauderdale. The neighborhood is a hidden gem, once you enter through the gated community from the hustle and bustle of Rte 41, you are welcomed by southern wild oaks, coconut trees, large ponds and lush landscaping in every yard.
