This is a beautifully new built three story townhouse house just 10 minute away from the heart of downtown that is great for big groups, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, families, and anyone who is here to enjoy Charleston!
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.
The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring you have everything you need to make the most of your stay in our beloved city. When you make a reservation, you`ll receive a wealth of resources, such as dining suggestion and exclusive discounts at various local businesses. Additionally, we`re excited to provide another enticing benefit – all guests of The Boroughs gain access to Paradiso at reduced rates.
Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs` guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.
Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.
I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

Hurricane/Weather Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.
House Policies:
To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.
Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
Upon booking, you agree to the following statement:
I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely`s guest screening can be found at www.safely.com/terms.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
No commercial photography and filming allowed.
Cars can only be parked in the driveway, not blocking the sidewalk, no street parking available per city ordinance. Cars parked on the street may be ticketed or towed.
