The house was perfect for our extended family stay. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the fishermen come in. I would recommend a stay at the property..

Great experience, would definitely stay there again. Only issue we had was not being able to bring our dog and finding out after we already booked it.

Nice house and great location

Our family loved the house and the location. The grounds were well groomed and there was a fenced in yard for the grandchildren and pets. The interior was spacious enough for the entire family. The location was an easy walk to the beach.

Couldn't have been better in any way

We loved everything about the house and location. It was a marvelous place for our group to gather- every detail, art piece,, appointment etc. was carefully thought out. The home was comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed and all of what we wanted.

Family Celebrations

Everything about this house was perfect. There was so much space for the 12 of us to spread out and enjoy. The house was immaculate, beds extremely comfortable, bathrooms clean and shiny and kitchen well stocked with everything needed and more! Communication was also top rate with quick responses and complete satisfaction. Truly a memorable vacation!

Perfect for our reunion. We stayed four nights and had 10 adults in our party. The location is amazing - right on the river and walking trails. We cooked many meals in the well equipped kitchen and also walked to Dockside for a great dinner. We bought lobsters right off the dock across the bridge. The house was very comfortable and had plenty to parking. We had one small issue with the TV but it was resolved almost immediately. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Maine family reunion

Beautiful property in great location. 15 family memberd one week and 6 friends one week. Family maximized entire house. Would highly recommend with a few improvements. Obvious owners had spent time with improvements. However a little ways to go. Management company a real plus in our requests for several accommodations.

70th Birthday Family Gathering

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. It was the cleanest house rental we have ever stayed in. The layout of the house gives privacy if needed. The porch was wonderful as were the rockers for us to sit in. The location was perfect, near the walking path, and very peaceful. We did not think the large garage was available for use, so parking was tight. Three adult children had to drive their own cars for the weekend. We would love to come back. The welcome basket and fresh flowers were a lovely touch upon arrival!

Wonderful residence

This is a great house in York Harbor. Certainly the largest house we ever stayed in. We had a daughter getting married nearby and we’re fortunate enough to find this house to accommodate us. The owners have done a great job updating this house as well as keeping some of the original pieces that makes sense. It was clean and quiet, across the street from the waterway. stocked with amenities, everything you would need. My wife and I travel often overseas and this place is absolutely one of the best. We were surprised to find two commercial washers and two dryers in the basement and they looked to be new. Great chefs kitchen. We took several walks down to the ocean, seven or eight minutes away and great walk and bike trails heading the other direction. We highly recommend.
