We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing that took us by surprise was that there was no Air Conditioner, so when we arrived on Friday it was quite hot in the house, we opened windows and doors but it never cooled down until Saturday morning.Aside from that, we truly enjoyed it!

Sweet getaway in Northern NM

The house is pretty spectacular- large spaces to gather in, a nice, well- furnished kitchen to cook all our meals in, and picturesque views from all angles of the home. The true star of the show is that gigantic window looking out toward the mountains. I believe that Taos and the surrounding villages are the most magical spots on earth, and Skydancer is an exceptional place to witness that.

Great House in Taos

Great house for our spring break ski trip. Unbelievable views of Taos mountain in a great new neighborhood. Our only issues with the house were low water pressure (couldn’t use multiple sources of water at once) and the room with the bunks was really large but sparsely furnished — our kids couldn’t really hang out there because there was no where to sit down. Property manager was great and it was a clean, beautiful property.

Hello Philip, It was wonderful to host you and your family! We did immediately offer to come out and try to help address the water pressure issue but we were told that you all would be fine and did not want/need us to come by. We have looked into the issue since you have left and have been monitoring it closely with the current guests but have found no other issues with pressure. Unfortunately this could be something due to the County Utility Systems, which is out of our control. Surely a bummer that our extremely attentive and hard working team suffers a less star due to something that is out of our control. We will speak with the owners and look into adding something in addition in the trundle room besides the two chairs and the two bench seats, the new tv, coffee table, and awesome foosball table. We apologize that that was enough not enough seating for your children. We are also happy that we were able to make an exception and allow a emotional support animal at a non-pet friendly home for one of your family members. We would mention that fully utilizing the pooper scooper and poop bucket next time would be exceedingly helpful for our cleaning staff. Have a wonderful spring! 😊

Fantastic house

The house is even better in person than the listing appears! The only reason I gave 4 stars for location is because it’s a bit of a drive to anything we needed. The hostess gifts were fantastic & the house was well equipped. Lots of space for our party of 7, & the “game room” was perfect for our youngest son & his friend. The only issue we had was the water pressure is very low. One day the water stopped completely, but once we cleaned the home water filter out, it improved. We did have to coordinate showers/laundry/dishwasher usage because you can’t use more than one of those at a time. This wouldn’t keep us from renting the home again, but it is worth noting. The hosts were wonderful & communication was easy & prompt. They even brought a “thank you” gift by the house for us after we emptied the filter. Great home, great hosts!
