This was a great place to stay while visiting Nashville and Memphis. The unit was clean and easily accommodated our party of three. Plenty of bath towels and a very comfortable king bed. The unit is in a building detached from the speak easy and pool but only a few steps away thru the parking lot. Property host was prompt in communicating. We would stay again if ever in the Nashville area.

The VRBO was a pleasure for a young couple like ourselves to stay for a long weekend. The location isn’t too too far from the city and it was a beautifully furnished place. Host was only a text away and we loved the on site bar. Overall highly recommended

The place is thoughtfully placed and had everything that we needed! The bed was comfortable and had plenty of sheets and blankets needed for chilly weather. Was nice to have a little kitchen setup to heat up leftovers. Cute decor and fun coffee table books.

Beautiful property that had us close to every thing imaginable to do. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in while traveling BUT we had to hold off on enjoying it because upon check in the sheets were dirty with obvious stains so we began our trip by doing laundry which was a mild inconvenience coming off a 7 hour drive. Overall would still recommend, just a precaution for the cleaning staff to check and double check the cleanliness

Hi Joshua, Thank you for the thoughtful review and for the kind words about the home and location. I’m truly sorry about the stained sheets at check-in—after a long drive, that’s the last thing you should have to deal with. We’ve addressed this with our housekeeping team, added an extra linen-inspection step before each arrival, and introduced a supervisor spot-check to prevent this from happening again. We appreciate your recommendation and the helpful feedback. If you return, please reach out to us directly—we’d love the chance to host you again and make your next stay seamless.

Jenn, thank you for the 8/10 and the helpful feedback. I’m sorry about the silverware shortage and that extra towels weren’t apparent during your stay. We’ve since restocked the kitchen and added clearly labeled towel sets in the linen closet. I’m also sorry about the neighbor issue—we’ve followed up and reiterated quiet-hours guidelines to prevent future disturbances. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back for an even smoother visit.

King Bed was very comfortable! I'd suggest adding more exterior descriptions of the property to be super clear as it was a little confusing where everything was at with all of the surrounding buildings in the industrial area. We got confused on the entrance, which building was where, dumpster location, etc. Everything else was great, thanks!

Unique, historic spot with great location and amenities!

The property manager was more than accomdating and even called to clarify a charge before it went through. The place itself was entirely comfortable for 3 adults, albeit the couch fold out feels exactly like that- a couch fold out. Large bathroom. All necessary kitchen supplies. Of course, we spent most of our time exploring the city and aside from the airport, which was about a $20 uber, we never paid more than $12 to get to all best places. There is also a private club with live music downstairs and its a speakeasy vibe witn a fun, intimate atmospere-- bartender was great and gave us some awesome recs for local places to visit. Finally, we wanted to stay somewhere unique to Nashville itself rather than a cookie cutter condo or hotel chain and at an afforable price. This was it! The architecture and history of the buildings is so fascinating.

The main issue started when we arrived at the condo to check in. When we walked in you could instantly tell the property had not been cleaned at all since the last guest stayed. (Dirty counters, all bed sheets piled up, all towels dirty in the tub, hair in the bathroom sink). I attempted to contact the host and got what appeared to be an answering service. They told me they could have someone out in the morning to clean the property which obviously isn’t an acceptable answer considering we had just drove 12 hours and had no where else to stay for the evening. They called back about 20 minutes later and said the property manager was on their way to clean the property and it would be ready in about 2 hours. As I appreciated the prompt response to fix the problem. It put a huge hold on our first evening in Nashville since we couldn’t freshen up or change before going out. By the time the property was actually ready all the restaurants were closed including the one we had a reservation at. Their compensation was an optional late checkout for the inconvenience which didn’t help any considering the 12 hour drive ahead. I continued to attempt contact with the host throughout the trip and even after but got a different person on the phone each time and was told they needed to speak to their “team” for a solution. I have yet to get a response on any sort of compensation or reimbursement for the major inconvenience. As nice as the property was AFTER the mishap. I would not recommend.
