Dining: full size dining table and breakfast table in kitchen.
Living room: Newly furnished w/3 seat couch, love seat, recliner & large smart tv.

Laundry: full size washer & dryer in laundry room w/door. super quiet.
Garage/game room area: Full size Foosball table, Bar w/seating makes for a great place to have some fun back at the home base. Several Board games, Cards & Puzzles.
Back Yard: outdoor seating/table w/large cantilever umbrella provides plenty of shade. 2 grills. Both Propane and Charcoal.

The Layout: Main Bedroom has private bath suite featuring large soaking tub, double sink and separate shower area and is located off kitchen. Arched doorway from kitchen leads to open concept dining, foyer and living area w/vaulted ceiling. On the opposite side of living area are 3 more bedrooms and newly renovated full bath. Smart TV's in every bedroom.

General things provided for your stay: free WiFi. Keyless entry, linens/towels, hairdryers, Heating/AC. Washer/dryer. starter rolls of toilet paper, coffee/tea, laundry detergent, garbage bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, cooking spray, spices, paper towels.
Parking: off street parking 2-4 cars, on street parking allowed.
Only 1 step up to get into house.

Very strict noise policy. Outdoor quiet time 11pm-8am. This is a very nice residential neighborhood. We respect our families and ask that you do the same.

Must be 25 to rent. Primary renter must be present for entire duration of stay.
