We loved getting to stay in a very conveniently located area to the downtown. There was enough space for our family of eight to spread out and play games. Thank you for a great place to make memories

I was disappointed in the age of the house. There were no beds that were beds other than 1. And it was broken to where you sunk to middle. All beds were futons. The mattresses on bunk beds were 4 in pads. There was a terrible mildew smell which made 2 of my kids sick and myself. He said it was an ozone thing but the smell was distinctive. In the description had nothing about no bathroom on the 1st level. The host was prompt about the air purification but it is certainly something that needs to be fixed.

If I could give this house 6 stars, I would. I favor warmly welcoming spaces to upscale chic, and this place fits my preferences to a T. It’s a remodeled home probably built in the early 1900’s. New appliances, great HVAC, very clean- with beautiful wood floors and a marvelous, so-comfortable front porch. I did not use the entire house, but it can easily accommodate a multi-generational group. There’s a downstairs bedroom and bathroom with upstairs bunk beds and even a crib, with adult beds too, of course. The spaces are very flexible- the rooms with crib and bunks also have beds- your choice. And it’s walkable. A wonderful local commercial district is within 2 blocks- with a coffee shop, fast food place, mini mart (at a gas station) and a neighborhood pub. Steve (the host) was attentive and efficient and friendly. Can you tell I loved this place? I will be back!

House was definitely clean and host was quite gracious and so responsive. Good deal for the price. The biggest drawback would be an odor that’s most likely moisture related. I got used to it, but a couple of people in our party were sensitive to it - had slight allergies etc.

This property was perfect for our stay. We traveled with our whole family and there was plenty of room. Communicating with the host was easy. We would definitely stay again.

Outstanding house. Exactly as described. Great neighborhood. Close to everything. Very happy and very satisfied. Great communication with property manager. This stay gave me one less thing to think about and worry about during our trip! Thank you!

Kitchen and Exterior of house

We lost power twice in part of the kitchen for about an hour which made it difficult to cook breakfast. The exterior of the house was not in good condition. There was plastic instead of siding on the outside of the house. The patio area was not in the best condition so we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside. There were belongings from the previous renters left behind.

My family (2 adults; 3 kids) stayed here for one night. The property needs some updating and has several damaged fixtures. The neighborhood has a mix of old homes, a couple abandoned homes, and some newer or renovated homes. However, the property was clean and the host was easy to work with.
