This is a very convenient location. It is great having two pools and the beach. The unit was clean and the host responsive.

Overall, it was a great experience. Only issue is I didn't have a parking pass, but when I called, I was told not to worry about it. Great place and the pool was amazing. Perfect area to stay.

Great location with walking access to the beach. Pool and Hot tub were great as well.

We loved our stay. It was too short! The apartment was lovely - perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, living area spacious with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. Nearby restaurants and cafes were great - especially the BBQ shack (Smoqehouse) at the property’s entrance and the adjacent adorable coffee van/truck (The Jo). The beach is just a short walk across the road and the Gulf was truly showing off its magnificence while we were there. Beach gear - chairs/umbrellas/kids toys and beach cart were also provided. Communication with our host was fast and easy which we truly appreciated. We have traditionally stayed on Siesta Key but wanted to try something different this time. The pace on Anna Maria is definitely slower than Siesta so bear that in mind if you’re seeking lively nightlife. It’s an easy drive over to Lido Key and St Armande’s Circle for shopping and restaurants and not too much further to Sarasota and Siesta Key. We would love to stay here again.

Property was great. Well equipped and to our surprise had elevator. So handy for heavy luggage. Parking for two cars and our open electric vehicle.

Wonderful property, steps to the beach

I stayed here for Spring Break with my family. There were 7 of us total and there was adequate space and plenty of clean towels! The property was lovely, well appointed with silverware/dishes etc. The owners were very responsive to any issues that came up and were very accomodating when our flight plans were changed at the last minute. We loved the proximity to pool and beach. Plenty of beach equipment too. Would recommend highly!

Destination Wedding

Came down for a friend of the family’s wedding. This location was perfect for us. Everything we wanted was in walking distance. House was big enough for the 6 of us. Only down side is, there are a lot of stairs. But there is an elevator. We would definitely come back.

The place was excellent and is in an outstanding location. Very spacious and clean. 2 minute walk to the sand. Plenty of supplies for the beach in the property’s lower level garage (which can also be used for car parking) including wagon, chairs, canopy. The Bradenton Beach Club has a private entry to the beach and lounge chairs are already set up on the beach though they are limited in number, 12-14 if I had a guess, 12-15 minute walk to Bridge Street for shopping, restaurants, and bars which is a great place to visit while staying there. On the way to Bridge Street, several other establishments can be found. Pool and hot tub is a 30 second walk across the parking lot. The host was great to work with and check in/check out was a breeze. They were very resposive.Elevator in the unit is helpful for loading and unloading, if needed. Would highly recommend staying here and in this part of Anna Maria Island.

We are 60

We have been friends for 45 years. We are 60 now and we planned a girls trip. One of us has been to Anna Maria island many times and so we booked the rental for 5 days. Close to the beach and some shops and restaurants. Good location, comfortable and clean. Good amount of towels and beach towels. There were no parking passes that we could locate inside the house. We wished there would have been more blankets, TP, Kleenex and trash bags. Overall it was very nice!

Beach / Pool access; very nice condo

This property was in a very nice part of town, however still recovering from the hurricane. We had great access to the pool, which we requested to be heated, but the hot tub sadly never was fixed... the beach side pool, albeit small, was nice and warm, and the beach was beautiful too. Owners were responsive when needed. Rooms were clean and nice and big, lots of closet space. Kitchen was in good shape, but there wasn't any of the 'essentials', (i.e., olive oil, spices, etc...) which are a pain to buy in small quantities. Overall was a very nice experience.
