However, we would like to clarify several points, as some statements in this review do not accurately reflect what occurred during your stay. There was never any incident involving these dogs harming a guest, another person, or anything on the property. They are small dogs and are not aggressive. On a few occasions, the tenant allowed them to be off leash, and once this was brought to our attention, we immediately addressed the matter directly with the tenant and made sure she was aware of the concern. Contrary to what is suggested in the review, we did not receive complaints from other guests regarding these dogs, and no guest’s health or safety was ever compromised. There was also no incident requiring police involvement. You absolutely had the right to contact the police if you felt it was necessary. However, since no one was harmed and there was no immediate threat, we chose to resolve the matter directly with the tenant, which was handled appropriately. We take guest safety seriously and would never ignore a legitimate concern. We simply want future guests to have an accurate understanding of what actually occurred.
