Spectacular views. Nice decor. Nice pool area with hot tub and fire pit. Well equipped kitchen. Good restaurants nearby. Enjoyed our stay. Good communication on check in/out.

We have stayed in this condo before and made note of how great it was. We will definitely try to visit it again in the future. Great location for the things we love to do. Condo is always clean and the owners give great recommendations on places to eat and things to do.

Beautiful property! The pool is amazing. The view is amazing! The whole vibe is peaceful and relaxing. We greatly enjoyed the balcony and layout of the place.

Great vacation

The condo was just as described, clean, roomy, and a fantastic place to stay. The view was amazing! You can see the lagoon, pass, back side of St Andrews State Park, and Shell Island! Watching the boats pass was beautiful! We look forward to staying here again soon!

Great location with an even better view

The check-in process was as simple as it gets and the location was awesome. The accommodations were clean and the beds were comfortable. It felt secluded but was within 10-15 minutes of all the restaurants, bars, shops, etc. you could hope for. The golf was amazing, the girls loved the spa that was literally right downstairs, and the 5 minute walk to the beach was super easy. Great place!

Great condo with plenty of space for my friend and I. Loved the view from the master and living room . Nice place to relax, play golf , and enjoy the bay and water . Our property manager was reachable and helpful with our needs .

Beautiful Condo

This condo was spacious, luxurious and very clean. Enough seating for all and a great patio for board games and cards. All the amenities of home. The outdoor kitchen makes it great for grilling and eating in. The cold pool, heated pool and hot tub were used daily, always a place to get sun and shade. The property manager was available instantly for questions!

Clean & Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! We have stayed in several units at this complex and have only had maybe one not great experience. This unit is clean and well stocked. We love all the local restaurants and driving over to St. Andrews for the day.

Relaxing, Comfortable, Clean and Spacious!!

Listing was exactly as described! We loved the resort and the pool. Condo was fabulous for this trip. I worked from the balcony while my husband and daughter swam in the beautiful pool. The location is in a nice area without a lot of the typical tourist traffic but is close enough for a day shopping or going to the beach. The free tickets were an added bonus! My husband was able to play 2 rounds of golf for free at the beautiful course at the resort saving over $200 on that alone! We used other tickets available during our stay as well! If you are looking for the party scene, this is not for you. If you are looking for rest, relaxation, comfort, and a great family place, don’t hesitate to book this property!!

End of Summer Vaca

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have added this unit to our "must rent again" list. We typically rent a condo in this location and this one was "top notch". Little touches made the stay very enjoyable. The owners left a list of channels. Rarely do we see this when we rent. Also, every room had plenty of plug-ins (you know how everyone has multiple devices now days). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee mugs, utensils, etc. Very clean and well maintained.

Had some"issues"checking in, but I'm mostly responsible. Should have paid closer attention to earlier messages. However, somewhat disappointed with accommodations. Specifically, one sink in primary bathroom didn't drain properly, so unusable. Had difficulty with balcony door, but eventually got it opened. Furniture on the balcony not especially clean/appealing for relaxing. Area rugs could be tripping hazards (we were extra careful). Toaster oven (stored on top of refrigerator) so nasty, didn't even attempt to use it. Dead and/or dying plants were eyesores. Overall, we were somewhat disappointed considering previous accommodations on earlier Reflection stay(s).

I appreciate you calling out the primary sink drainage, balcony door, balcony furniture cleanliness, area rugs, toaster oven condition, and the plants. Those items were shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so they can be repaired, cleaned, or replaced. I know this fell short of your previous Reflection stays, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

while a nice unit, some supplies were limited (no toaster, and only a very small toaster oven) older model and "rough looking" coffee machine, 1 coffee mug & no other choices for coffee mugs or coffee cups; bedroom & LR lighting was virtual non-existent and of no real value at all, and furnishings were "dated" and not available for anyone seeking an added sleeping option (i.e. "sleeper sofa"); washer/dryer combo nice & functioned well; microwave lighting above stove and clock non-functional; and no stove top functioning light & not sure if there was even a bulb in it; AC cooled great & simple to use; MBR bed very comfortable; "Murphy Bed" not at all & very low to floor & limited "near the bed" outlets, lamps or charging capabilities (think extension cords with power strips, otherwise some "tech items" will have limited charging). Perhaps these things were just things that haven't yet been addressed and perhaps now they can be for the next visitors. Pool is nice, but if you are on the east side of the building (nearest the west side of the "currently under renovation", Hilton Grand Vacation Club facility), expect rowdy and noisy neighbors & construction crews for awhile ahead for sure & for an "upscale" property like "Reflections" those items can or will put a "ding mark" on the rating & hope that HGVC can get that controlled. Also no enforcement of 10:00 PM "quiet hours" @ Reflections can be a problem
