This was our second time staying at the Lenoir Cottage. It's hard to beat for location, and we appreciate the quirkiness older properties have. Lots of room for everyone to hang out together in the main room, but also very easy for the family to spread out and find their own space when needed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. I highly recommend the Lenoir cottage.

Great historic bungalow with lots of charm and original features. Super close to the uga and tons of restaurants and groceries. Would love it if they added extra pillows to the beds, we like more than two, and the living room tv needs to be fixed to so the primary bedroom can have its tv back. Everything was super clean when we arrived. The property mgr was great to work with. We ended up adding two nights and they worked with us and made it super easy. We would stay here again any time!

Great location, very nice home.

We had a great trip to Athens this weekend at this cottage. Highly recommend. Great location, nice cozy cottage with a great back yard. Would definitely stay there again.

Great spot for graduation weekend.

We spent a couple of nights there for my stepson‘s graduation from UGA. It was a great experience because we didn’t have to fight the crowds at restaurants. We grilled and ate at the house and enjoyed our time in Athens. It was super convenient and close to everything!

Almost great!

This property is in a great location with an amazing backyard. Only drawback was that it was listed as having a dishwasher, but there wasnt one. This kept us from cooking meals in the house.

Great property

I stayed for 4 nights in March 2024. House is as pictured and described. Comfortable, cute, conveniently located to downtown and campus, quiet street. Great back patio/yard. I didn’t cook so can’t vouch for kitchen supplies but house is well stocked for laundry, extra toilet paper, extra quilts. Heating/AC works well. Good communication from property company, easy to access and simple check out procedures. I would stay here again.

Cute historic home

Super cute historic home with lots of character right outside downtown Athens. The only issue we had was the internet was not working at the house for our entire stay so I had to leave during the day to find a place to work from with WiFi. The host sis inform us the day of that the internet was not working and that it would be fixed but it never was.

Fun house in a great location

Older house (which we love) that has all of the upgrades and features we needed. The bedrooms were larger than we expected, the bathroom was solid with plenty of hot water and lots of extra storage space for everyone's stuff, and the living room had comfortable sofas and a smart TV for us to use. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really appreciated having enough space for the four of us (plus a puppy) to spread out.The location was great. The house is on a quiet street with fast food options nearby. Everything else we needed or wanted to visit was just a few minutes away by car.Communication with the managers was excellent, and we had zero issues with check-in, check-out, or anything during our stay. We would love to come back on our next visit!
