My mother and I have stayed at this condo annually for the last few years, and we love it. My mother is elderly with mobility issues and the location of parking, elevator, and condo are ideal for her to get in and out. The location is right around great restaurants and bars. The view from the balcony is perfect! The beach approach is so close, that it takes very little effort to get out to the beach. We hope to continue this tradition each year and are grateful to have found such an ideal spot for both of us!

Wonderful beachfront views from this cute condo. Well secured building with private parking. Excellent location and pet friendly is a huge plus!

This place had everything but a jacuzzi and heated swimming pool!! The view is amazing the sunrise and moon rises are the best from balcony!! Very nice area and great people at condos!! Would still be there but it was booked!!

I come here every year with my mom for a Mother/Daughter weekend. The condo is close to many great restaurants and it's a nice, quiet area. We plan to come back again next year!

Awesome retreat!

This was a no so last minute decision for the family as for x-mas mini vacay. We know the area and this was an awesome addition to our choices in Jacksonville Beach!

The condo is old and it desperate need of a dehumidifier. Always felt damp. Our sugar packets clumped up sitting on the counter due to the moisture in the air. Neither bathroom fan worked so the moisture just stayed in the condo. The couch is cloth and worn just felt dirty and itchy . Everything else was good but for the price would have preferred a little better. Bring your own shampoo . Great location, great view and pet friendly!

Awesome choice for a getaway!

Our time at this condo was just wonderful. The condo was comfortable and it’s location in town was perfect. The views of the beach were awesome. There was plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again. Highly recommend.

This property is so conveniently located. We really like the privacy. The parking garage is very helpful and secure.We are always comfortable in this unit.

My husband had surgery at the Mayo clinic one day. It was so nice to hav3 the beach view for recovery. Very clean and neat.

Quiet, beachfront spot

This was my second time staying in this condo. It's small and clean, perfect for a small group. We love the beach view and easy access to the shore. The pool is nice and clean. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. We hope to stay again!

We had a great time outside, loved the views of the ocean and the beach access. The front room was angled so we had to watch TV in the master bedroom. Our biggest let down was there were 4 towels total for 3 of us, and absolutely no beach gear (no chairs, towels, etc.)

Good condo on the beach

The unit we stayed in was very nice. As other reviews noted there is some significant construction going on in the building (e.g. half the balcony railings are removed)- it didn't bother us too much, due to our schedule and, I think the construction holiday schedule. (They were working while we were there, but whatever they were doing this past week, we hardly heard them)

Not to happy

Summer prices for winter stay. Was disappointed that major repairs were ongoing to outside. Lots of workman and noise. Should have been informed of impact of the construction to patio railings. Lots of metal chipping and grinding. Difficult to enjoy beautiful beach view and hear the surf.

My Stay

The location was awesome! The unit was more dated than appeared online and needs upgrades to all furniture and appliances. The dryer did not work....very disappointing. And the water pressure was bad. Toilet would barely flush! Parental locks set on cable tv! Could not access many shows. Good communication with property mgr but terrible/no communication with owner. Would not stay at this particular unit again.
