This property is in a very quiet neighborhood with very local amenities. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return. The only real upgrade we could think of would be to upgrade the master bathroom with an ADA compliant stool for elderly guests.

Great Place

Stayed here for a family event. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The treats and towels on the beds was a nice personal touch. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay here was absolutely amazing! This place had everything you needed. The owner provided everything; all you have to do is buy food. I recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Arizona. 10 out of 10!

Fun in the Sun.

We came south to visit our daughter and grandchildren. It was great place to stay and have the family come and visit. We putted around the the green lots of fun.

Very nice place. Always ready and clean when we check in. Exactly as described. This is our third year in a row and probably will be back next year.

Freaking amazing

The home is spacious and beautiful! We had plenty of room for our large family for Christmas and vacationing. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of linens. Completely recommend!

Wonderful stay

The property was roomy and looked just like it did on line. It had everything you would need in the kitchen and other rooms. The pools were wonderful and in walking distance. Close to stores and restaurants. Great parks to hike in we’re not far away. Must visit Queen Creek Olive Mill and San Flats for delicious food!

It was excellent. Great location

It had enough room for everyone in my group. Close to shopping. Very clean and owners are friendly and accommodating. Need to drop off my groceries before our event and they let us. I want to say thank you again for opening up your home to us.

Very comfortable

We had 8 of us and it was very roomy! The kitchen was completely stocked. We had everything we needed for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. This was our second stay here and we will be back. 😃

Need to update listing as it states sleeps 8-10, which it does, but owner is requiring you sign an additional rental agreement with limit of 5 adults.

Sons Wedding

Needed a home to house family coming in from all across country and Europe- it fit bill and description was accurate. Host responded quickly when needed- utilized spa/ jacuzzi- my priority was cleanliness, towels, coffee, bedrooms- and safe area- it was fast paced trip ! Would recommend.

Had (have) issue with extra person charge, do not know why it was charged, in fact one of the listed renters did not have to stay as they lived in queen creek, when reservation was made we had no idea how far apart the residences were, she was only 10 minutes away, so she did not have to stay. Would like to have extra person charge explained.

San Tan House

Property HVAC (heating) didn't work until we called to have it fixed - which was done the next day. The house keeping was very good when we arrived - however the carpeting had stains which probably needed a professional cleaning. The disposal didn't work and in a professional plumber's opinion needed to be replaced. The outdoor patio chairs were comfortable but slightly stained. The outdoor grill was perfect.The layout of the house was very pleasing. The neighborhood was comfortable and quiet. The property owner was very prompt in replying to our email conversation concerns.

This has the potential to be a great rental

The house advertised as 5 bedroom but only had 4 bedrooms. (Beds were great). (layout of house was great,) The Hvac was not working 90% of the time. Repair man said it was wired incorrectly and damaged the circuit board. Front light bulbs burned out. The kitchen area carpet so dirty we rolled it up at arrival. Electrician had to come as fan was sparking. Had to sweep screws off garage floor - to prevent flat tire. coffee table duct taped. This would be a great rental if more attain was paid to detail.

Lack of concern

House was not ready at 3pm check in, which owner gave a heads up. Went to check in at 5pm, entered same time cleaning people did. Therefore, we had to go find something to do until they were done. House had dog hair throughout. Washer was full of water with dirty linens. I emailed owner and all was received by a “that’s not good”. Won’t be renting again. Quite the lack of concern for us. Didn’t offer to make anything right. Nice neighborhood. Nice house, otherwise.
