We apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay and regret the inconvenience caused by the initial lack of Wi-Fi and TV service. We are pleased that we were able to quickly resolve this issue with Mediacom. This home has consistently been rented this year, and we have not had this complaint before. The pool company is scheduled to investigate tomorrow, and the cabana alarm, which is required for pool security, simply needed a new battery. All our homes are stocked with a starter amenity package of paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bathroom soaps, toilet paper, Starbucks coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and bottled waters. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the debris from the landscaper and promptly sent someone to clean it up. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we addressed these issues during your stay. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future to provide a truly seamless and enjoyable experience.
