The condo is gorgeous! It is decorated with a wonderful beach vibe. The view of the ocean from the living room is amazing! The kitchen had everything you can imagine and more. The beds were very comfortable. I love that you walk right off of the property to the beach. The host was very accommodating as well. Thank you and I will definitely stay again!

We had a great time! The room was clean, we were able to get in before the check in time and had a great stay! They hosts were very responsive!

Beautiful condo on the beach

Our stay was amazing. The condo offered everything you could imagine and more. I would highly recommend it, my family and I will definitely be back!

Our New Smyrna Beach area is very fortunate. We have a crystal clear ocean and Inter-Coastal water way. We are located on the Atlantic so we don't have any red tide or algae problems that are currently occurring on the Gulf side of our state.

Excellent stay!

The condo at Point East was very good with all the amenities included. Marilyn was communicative before and during our stay to make it the most enjoyable vacation. We will come back with friends.

Some guests are pretty independent and don’t require much attention. I respect their privacy, but still like to text some information that I think will be helpful. Texting is a quick and easy way to communicate and has added advantage since guest can refer back to it as needed. Especially if they are new to this area. I have maps and a great guest book to quickly get them acquainted with our beautiful island community.

Christmas Vacation

We had a very pleasant stay at this property in New Smyrna for Christmas. Marilyn is incredibly helpful and the condo is in a great location and very comfortable.

We really enjoyed this entire complex. Everything is so clean and neat. Very quiet. No chaos. Perfect place for rest and relaxation. But still a lot of fun with beach access. Our condo was very well equipped, and we couldn’t have asked for better communication. Close to the restaurants, grocery stores, whatever you might need. Lots of places to walk. We’ve been coming here for years and we will definitely be back.

great property

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean and was the perfect size for the five of us. The construction didn't bother us at all. The beach was beautiful--so nice to not have the cars on the beach. Thanks for a quiet, relaxing vacation spot!

My condo has an east facing balcony for great Ocean Sunrise each morning. The car Free Beach is a favorite feature for families with small children as well as adults and snowbirds in the winter. We offer exceptionally clean rentals. I know how disappointing it is to arrive and find dirty carpet and furnishings from our travels so I make sure our rentals are fresh and clean with tile floors throughout and clean furnishings and linens. Love Point East

This was my 4th year staying at Point East, and this complex never disappoints. Marilyn and Ed were amazing to work with. The condo was the best we have stayed at here. All of the furniture was very comfortable and clean.

Thanks for your review. We’ve all these properties for over 20 years and we still enjoy being a host. We personally manage the properties ourselves, and we have a wonderful company that cleans the condos for us. I’ll be still go over there before the customer arrives to make sure everything is in good condition. We only live 20 minutes away so it’s convenient if guests need assistance. We are there.

Great vacation!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at the beach and this condo was perfect. Perfect location right next to shops and restaurants. Condo was equipped with everything we needed and a added bonus was all the beach chairs, beach toys and boogie boards for everyone. Clean condo and clean property. Loved the pool and covered pavilion. Would defiantly be back!!

Great getaway

This property fulfilled all of our expectations. Very good location on the beach. We were able to sit on our balcony and enjoy looking at the large pool and the ocean at the same time. Marilyn was great to work with. She answered every question I had almost immediately. We will rent this condo again in the future.

Wonderful place

July 20-27 was an absolutely relaxing week at the best place. The very roomy condo was nice and clean. Pictures on the site were as they looked. Kitchen had everything you could and couldn’t think of! Beds were soooo comfortable! Any beach equipment you’d ever want or need was there for you to use.the hosts were two of the best we had ecer dealt with! Would definitely go back and rent with them in a heartbeat!

NSB PointEast Condo

Unit is very clean and well decorated with nice upgrades. Owner has unit furnished with all needs for a family to stay comfortably, including all cooking needs. AC works great! unit was always cool and inviting when coming in from beach. Complex pools were very clean and maintained, with quick access to the beach. Host answered all questions and made herself available if needed. Will stay here again.

Nice condo getaway

Property was great and exactly as listed. Marilyn was awesome. She was always available and a wealth of information The guide book/binder she created was very helpful. People at the condo were very friendly and parking was very easy. Stairs down to the beach were still under repair so you had a two minute walk through the adjacent park to reach the water. Furnishings were fine but bed pillows could use a refresh. All in all a great getaway!!!
