Close to Holden (10 Minutes), Kingsville (10 minutes), Warrensburg (15 minutes), Lone Jack (20 minutes), Blue Springs (20 minutes), Lees Summit (30 minutes), Odessa (20 minutes). First floor entry from driveway no steps all one floor living. Easy in and out. Stars are beautiful at nighttime with no city lights. Well maintained home with whole house water filter system. Property Manager is very close for quick response to your needs. No one will be renting upstairs and you will be the only renter in the home so you have total privacy. If you want to rent upstairs as well contact owner All one floor no stairs with washer and dryer on same floor. Sleeps much better than a hotel and have a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer on your stay. Just off 50 HWY.
