High speed fiber optic internet provided (Verizon Fios). Pots, pans, glasses, utensils, Air-fryer, Alexa, coffee maker and coffee provided, water steamer for tea/ramen, microwave, water filter for drinking, ice machine, outdoor deck, grill and seating provided. Dining room table can sit 8 people. Adequate seating available (stools can be moved around the house). The living room couch could be used as a bed. Front porch seating available for beautiful and rainy days. Coffee shop, pub, gym and many stores in walking distance. Near water for fishing. Vibrant area. Events day and night. Lovely quaint stay

Beautiful, organized stay at Mr. Hulmeville. Everything was clean and amenities were a nice touch. Highly recommended to stay!

Comfortable and unique

Small town, felt like a comfortable home. The floors, doorways and stairs have the old time historical appeal. Beautiful deck and other amenities were perfect for our needs. The host was very welcoming. Great communication including written suggestions in rooms about house features. High praise and will stay again if in the area.

Great stay and close to many things

It was a great spot to celebrate my daughter’s birthday for the weekend We went to sesame place and it was only a 10 min drive. Perfect to go and come back to the park The place is beautiful and clean. The place allowed my dogs to stay and they love it. That was a major plus for me because I hate leaving my dogs and it’s hard to find someone to watch them. My dogs are small and they felt just right at home. Provided toiletries that we didn’t need to carry. Everything was there in the kitchen we need to cook. This place was amazing especially that my own family was comfortable and enjoyed the back yard. They owner was so nice and answer every question I had. So nice made sure that we were comfortable. I’m definitely coming back again for my kids birthday weekend for sesame place for sure. This is also close to six flags and other amusement parks that I looked up and the casino.

Comfortable Stay

We have a very nice stay at Jerry's house. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. It is a short drive to Philly, and we particularly enjoyed the backyard patio with the grill. Very family friendly neighborhood.

What I enjoy doing, besides being a dad and practicing in the hospital, is following my savior Christ. I love being a host, because I love the area this property is in. My property is unique because it provides a unique comfortability level because of the unique location. The back deck provides a comforting morning time coffee and breakfast, a beautiful midday brunch, and/or a lively dinner theme of your choice. The view of the water, the unique passing animals and birds provide all the sights and sounds you will need. The front porch also has seating which provides a soothing experience when you want to relax, watch the locals walk by and/or listen to and watch the cars drive by. You can also enjoy the rain in total, while sitting under the extended roof on the front porch. Inside also provides an historical comforting feeling. Each room provides a 55inch smart TV, to please everyone’s entertainment needs. The washer and dryer is in the kitchen, to minimize work. Comfort is the goal. Overall, the property is wonderfully simple. I thank you for your time.
