Lakefront 3BR/2BA home,

This Lakefront home is in the heart of Ocean Lakes Family Campground. It is a 3-bedroom 1.5 bath home that sleeps 5 guests. It boasts a beautiful view of the lake where you can teach your little ones how to fish. There is a covered deck where you and your family can enjoy many hours enjoying the view.

The home is equipped with all your standard kitchen needs, a propane grill, and has a shed to store any beach toys, or chairs, or cooler you bring along for the trip.

**This is a smoke free, and pet free home that does not include a golf cart.

*This home is mostly original to it's 1970s built. The home does not have many upgrades other then paint and has that vintage rustic camp cottage feel. If you are looking for a more modern this home will not be a good fit. This is a great budget friendly home on the main lake in an awesome family friendly campground.
Home does not have central air. There are two window units in the home.


Important information to note:
*A $500 security deposit will be held on your credit card via our property management system. It will be placed the day before arrival and released once the home is inspected and we verify there are no violations from Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Details will be provided after booking in our guest agreement.

**Ocean Lakes does have a parking pass fee that gives you access to enter the resort. It is $12-$15 per vehicle per day of your stay. They will also request and require, you name, Address, email address and phone number, as well as your Driver's license, and license plate information.

Perfect Location and cute home!

We loved our stay with Surfwind Rentals. Amy was nice and helpful during every step of the process. She made booking an easy and was great to chat with if we had if we had any questions. The home was in the perfect location in Ocean Lakes across from a beautiful lake. It was peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed our stay! Can't wait to come again!

Property is listed as a 3 bed 2 bath home. Property is actually only two bedrooms & 1 full bath & a half bath. The "third" bedroom is really a connector hallway with a twin bed located along the wall next to a jack and jill bathroom. Property was not very clean, major infestation of ants in a lot of the property.

It served the purpose for our stay. It is located on a very busy street, we were afraid to walk or ride bikes. Several cosmetic things wrong with the property, hopefully they were aware of these things before our visit.

Amy was a great host. Always very quick to respond. I appreciated that so much!! She was friendly and very helpful!! The house was perfect for what we needed. The location was lovely by the lake. Didn’t mind the distance from the beach.
