Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private one-bedroom apartment features an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with a Smart 55" TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and coverings.

Guests can also enjoy views of the ocean by day and the stunning lights of Monterey Bay at night! Other amenities include free high-speed WiFi, paid laundry area, onsite parking, and keyless access.

Mandatory Insurance Inspection: To keep the home compliant with insurance requirements, the property is inspected approximately twice a year. Dates are scheduled by the insurance company and may occasionally fall during a guest’s stay, sometimes with limited notice.

If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as the appointment is confirmed. Access to the home is required for the inspection to proceed. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to accommodate any required inspection scheduled during their stay.

We would like to inform you that construction work in the area is scheduled to take place from August 15 through November 15, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The construction crew will make every effort to keep noise levels to a minimum during this time.
