GREAT Property GREAT Management

This home on Indian Rocks Beach was fantastic! It's new, clean and very well managed. The location is awesome with many restaurants nearby and easy access to the beach!

Great Overall Experience.

Property met all of our needs. It was a great location with close proximity to the beach and all the restaurants that we wanted to attend. The facility was great and included everything we needed for three day beach trip. I would highly recommend this to anyone going and will be back myself.

Family Vacation.

Very nice home. Close to the beach as described. Great location. Two rooms have sliding doors that open up to a railing, no balcony/deck. Not safe for young children. (I have children who sleep walk). This was my only concern. Other rooms open up to a small balcony.

We couldn't get in the property. They said they would email the code to us three days before arrival and they failed to do so. We tried to contact the property manager and no one was available so we stood outside with all our luggage until 1:00am with 6 children in the cold. Vrbo rep said they would contact the manager and get back to us, they closed the case when they couldn't talk to manager. I am very disappointed.

Prior to sending the check-in instructions, we had reached out requesting some additional information/items needed to complete the arrival process. Unfortunately, we did not receive what was needed in time to provide the check-in details as expected. We regret that this resulted in a delay and added stress to your arrival.
